Pros: The drop off process went very well.Cons: The shuttle was late to the airport, the shuttle and rental facility were dirty, the terms and conditions were not clearly outlined which caused us to be overcharged.

Pros: staff was discourteous, fast ineffecient, downright terrible, worst car renting experience in my career. liked nothing. only one suv avialible it was not cleaned properly, fries still on the floor had to wait for it to be cleaned and it was unclean when we got it.both pickup and dropoff was terrible. upon retiurn the shuttle driver, got off the shuttle and gruffly said , stay here, im going home.Cons: everthing, do not rent from fox, go anywhere else, even if you have to pay more.

Pros: Man at the desk and General Manager were rude and not helpful at all. We ran into a problem with checking in and instead of trying to help us, told us there was nothing they could do for us and just overall terrible attitude.Cons: I would have appreciated a more friendly greeting and attitude towards us. Just overall bad customer experience. The way they handled the situation was terrible. No need to be rude!

Pros: Easy pickup. Shuttle driver to the airport wasn’t very friendly. Didn’t offer to help with luggage as we are use to at other places.Cons: Car wasn’t clean. Dirty inside and out.

Pros: Pick up and drop off were quickest I have had for off-site rental. Not sure if it's always this fast- but worked well for us. Personnel were friendly and price was very reasonable.Cons: The car could have been cleaner. But - wasn't horrible.

Cons: The experience at the pickup wasn’t the best, not very professional. The drop off at the park and jet was awful. The attendant was hateful, directions were unclear and as my daughter said the whole set up was sketchy. It turned out ok but won’t be using them again.

Friendly, helpful and accommodatingPros: Our flight was delayed and we were unable to contact the rental office due to cell phone failure. They saved our car for us over night even though they had no other vehicles available for other customers. And they were so pleasant when we finally showed up, 15 hours later than we had planned.

Pros: I experienced problems with low tire pressure in the passenger front tire each day of my trip and had to constantly find a gas station to fill up the air but Stephanie made sure to take care of me when I returned the vehicle. Great customer care.

Cons: The salesman at the front desk was terribly rude to me. I conservatively scheduled my pickup time at noon, but didn't get there until around 12:30 since my flight was a bit delayed. I never got a confirmation call from them. When I got there, they said it would take 20 minutes to clean the car and bring it over. After waiting for over an hour, I asked him why it was taking so long since I scheduled my pickup for noon. He rudely blamed me and said that since I wasn't there right at noon they gave my car away to another customer which was why it was taking so long. I was seriously offended by his terrible customer service.

Cons: i requested a car at the Salt Lake City airport, but they changed the pick up location since they had sold out at the airport. It was not clear that the location had changed and it was very inconvenient.

Worst experience with wvc enterprise ever.Pros: We met really awesome people and had a great experience with the South Jordan enterprise after wvc enterprise completely screwed up. Next time we are just ordering directly from them.Cons: They didn't have the car we ordered at either location, wvc flat out didn't have a car and didn't want to find one. Wouldn't pick us up, even after we rented the car, Tristan (sp?) just didn't want to.

Pros: NothingCons: We booked a premium car and when we got there to pick it up there were no cars available. Our reservation was for 10am because we were going out of town. They said “maybe at 2:30” very disappointing! They left us stranded! Will never rent from them again. Awful service.

Don't buy the insurance offeredPros: Nothing wrong with the car. Only problem was I couldn't use the insurance I was offered during my Kayak check out at a discount. Don't buy insurance that Budget doesn't recognize!!Cons: I didn't like the fact Kayak offered me insurance at a discount only to find out at the counter Budget would not honor the insurance I purchased through Kayak!! That should be disclosed by Kayak at the time of rental. I feel I was ripped off.

EFFICIENT, FRIENDLY AND AFFORDABLE!!Pros: The rep was VERY knowledgable, he had the car ready (I really liked that). We liked the car it was what we asked for. The whole experience was so much better than my last experience with Budget. I will go back to that one, it was good. It is a little further away but I will do that to get the customer service that we received.Cons: It was all good!!

Cancelled reservation on mePros: NothingCons: No customer service, no offer to help in any way. I had a delayed flight and lost luggage to deal with, so they cancelled my reservation after 2 hours. I will never use them again. Traveling with a whole family, had to take an uber and bunch of car seats/bags...was basically stranded.

Could I keep the car?Pros: I liked the car that I was given. A hybrid with a modern computer dashboard that allowed me to access my phone and whatever I liked with bluetooth. It was strong but fuel efficient. The guy who rented me the car was helpful and friendly and I feel like I got a good value for my money.Cons: The car was dirty inside and out. It had just been returned, but nobody could have at least washed off the windshield? Also, the after hours dropoff process was a little complicated, I had to guess on a few of the areas I needed to fill out

Terrible experienceCons: Hertz didn't have a car on site. They didn't have our correct rental times in their system from our reservation. When we asked to cancel (we needed to leave at 6 AM, we reserved for 6 AM, and they were closed) they were going to charge us a 100$ cancelation fee. We called Kayak customer service for help and we hit a brick wall of unfriendly and unhelpful representatives. They referred us to the Hertz customer service who happened to be surprisingly worse than Kayak, immediately directing our call back to Kayak. Overall, it was a terrible and stressful experience. I will never use Kayak or Hertz again.

Don't Bring A Debit CardPros: When I arrived to rent was told new policy was that you had to have a corporate acct to use a debit card anymore. Left without renting. Have used Hertz many times in past but won't in the future. Thank goodness I had other options for a car.

Vehicle No-ShowPros: Very good rental rates for weekly rentals. Pleasant manager.Cons: Office is a bt far from the Airport. We reserved an SUV because 3 of us adults were going to do some traveling to different mountains. Unfortunately, when we arrived, the office did not have any vehicles the size we reserved months ago. I realize they have to depend on people returning vehicles ontime, etc . The manager was very understanding and pleasant, and gave us a ride back to our hotel, as we cancelled our request and found a suitable vehicle elsewhere.

Good valuePros: Easy pick up and the price was crazy cheapCons: The car was dirty back seat had garbage on the floors the rear seat was pulled away from work should be so we had to put it back in place the windshield wipers did not work could've been a lot cleaner that was the most biggest complaint we had was it was very dirty were such a new car . Hertz dropped the ball when they sent his car out as dirty as it was.
