Summary of reviews

Guests say
Most guests praised the hotel’s friendly staff and convenient location, with several mentioning comfortable beds and a clean environment in some rooms. However, many reviews highlighted significant cleanliness issues, such as dirty rooms, mold, bad odors, and maintenance problems. Breakfast quality and selection received criticism, and some guests noted safety concerns and noise disturbances. The pool and jacuzzi were mentioned as highlights by a few, though their upkeep was inconsistent. Overall, while the service and location were strong points, cleanliness and some facilities need improvement.

Pros (+) Clean, friendly staff, comfortable beds, decent breakfast
Cons (-) The back door to the hotel leading to the stairs does not latch . This is very unsafe and puts guests at risk. An easy fix that needs to be done immediately given its proximity to Springfield.
