Summary of reviews

Guests say
Overall, guests appreciated the hotel's pool facilities, breakfast offerings, and convenient location near the airport and attractions. However, there were significant complaints about service quality, with several guests reporting unhelpful or unresponsive staff, issues with lost items, and long wait times. Cleanliness was also a concern for some, with reports of dirty rooms and unpleasant smells. Despite these drawbacks, positive mentions of the pool, breakfast, and location stood out in the reviews.

Pros (+) Breakfast was great and the grounds was fabulous.
Cons (-) Our room has some mold in the shower and yucky stuff on the walls next to the beds. The room was just so old that it needed paint and new caulking. Ali the plumbing would drain well. The toilet wasn’t flushing well and the tub and sink were really slow.
