Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests frequently praised the hotel for its friendly and professional staff, with several reviewers highlighting excellent service and helpfulness. Cleanliness was also a strong point, as many found the rooms and property to be well-maintained. The hotel’s value for price and convenient location near attractions were noted as positives. Some guests mentioned comfortable beds and a good pillow selection. However, there were negative comments about outdated facilities, issues with room temperature, bathroom conditions, and problems with amenities like breakfast and shuttle service. Overall, the positives outweighed the negatives, especially in terms of service and cleanliness.AI-generated from customer reviews

Pros (+) Location was close to the ampitheater. We were in town for a concert.
Cons (-) The hotel layout was fine but the halls smelled musty and were extremely warm. The room was roomy but the mattresses were thin and lumpy as were the pillows. The bathroom was not especially clean and there were hairs on the floor upon check in. It was a one night stay so it did the trick but I wouldn't have wanted to stay any longer.
Pros (+) Pool and jacuzzi
Cons (-) Cleaning staff needs more help! All towels were not available daily Food prices to expensive and there was no bar or food at night. Bathrooms need to be updated!
