Weslaco motels

Pros: no breakfast, even in a pandemic, packaged snacks could be offered, instead I was falsely advertised that a FULL breakfast was offered in the price but this was not correct!

Cons: insects inside the room, NO BREAKFAST and falsely advertised

Pros: Location to border crossing. Friendly customer service!

Cons: The Bad Pool water was cloudy. Only 2 towels/two wash rags. Should be at least 2 per person. Water pressure was great out of bath tub faucet, but once shower head was on, the water pressure was so low it took longer me to shower to rinse long hair. Bedding, sheets need to be replaced. They are no longer white and had stains. Bed spread or bed cover was thin, old and dingy. Direct tv box did not work. (See notes below) The clothes rack, towel rack and shower rod were really rusted. Normally wouldn’t notice this type of thing but it was that bad. They won’t last much longer. The Good Great Customer service June 27, 2020. Friendly and sweet. The young lady at the front desk fixed the Direct TV non working box herself within 10 minutes of call to office! Location to border crossing! Overall, I will stay here again. I’m not all that concerned with rust, it was just a thing I noticed. I liked the location to the international bridge. However I WILL bring my own sheets and skip that hair washing for a night the next time. I can wear a hat!

Pros: Breakfast was weak. Covid? I just wanted yogurt and OJ.

Pros: Was only $-- with all taxes and fees, nice big room with a comfortable king size bed. Had a refrigerator and microwave. Very conveinent to Progresso Mexico. A Walmart about a mile away.

Cons: The pool water was kind of geen and cloudy, the hot tub was hot and clean.

Pros: There were several things that the Hotel staff did that made our stay at this Super 8 in Weslaco, Tx. I will not stay anywhere else every time I travel to weslaco. It was clean, had friendly staff. I will recommend this hotel to everyone I I meet

Cons: I encountered a door lock reader malfunction that made it a little problematic to get into the room, but I was changed to another room once I reported the issue.

Cons: Room was dirty. Sheets and towels were of poor quality and the towels were brown. Bathtub was chipped. Mattress was very bad.

Pros: THE BREAKFAST WAS CLOSED BUT DUE TO THE CURRENT PANDEMIC. STAFF WAS VERY HELPFUL.

Cons: Last time I stayed and add 2 kids they charge me $5 each, next time I stayed and added 2 more they charge me $10 each. Will find a better hotel next time.

Cons: The A/C was not cold it was hot in the room the entire time. Water pressure sucked, tub is slippery almost fell multiple times, not enough towels, thin ceilings you can hear kids running all night and fridge not clean leftover food from previous guest

Cons: they gave me he'll about wanting more then two towels, we're a family of five we can not survive off of 2 towels and I went everyday for 4 days to remind them I needed more only to have them give me attitude about the quantity even thou we paid for our 5 guest which was my mom they charged us $8 extra for her a day.. Then they want to complain about the towels. Then we had asked for double kind sized bed and they gave us a single king bed with a sofa sleeper even though our room was already prepaid and they gave us attitude about that two till they gave us the room we asked and even at that the sheets had stains on them it didn't even look like they we're washed one had a dried coffee stain and the towels looked nasty I eventually went and bought our own and washed and dried there with the laundry room they provide.
