Cons (-) We booked our stay through an online service and received an email confirmation. When we called to discuss early check in the associate that we spoke to at the hotel claimed that we didn’t have a reservation. When we explained that we had an email confirmation the hotel associate asked for some numbers from the email confirmation. She said she would contact the online booking service and we could ...
