Very efficient with the car pickup & drop off. The location of the lot across the drive to the check-in counters is great. They were out of the car class reserved (not unusual) so upgraded us to a Chrysler 300 at n/c, a very nice car and fit our need much better than the size we had reserved.Cons:
Because we drove less than 75 miles, the Budget computer automatically added a $15 fuel charge to the rental fee even though we had topped off the tank before turning it back in. The agent caught this and removed the charge which was the longest part of the drop off process.10,0 Wonderful

There was not a single thing we liked about this experience. He said he couldn't find our order in his system and wouldn't be able to give us that price and said he had no other cars.Cons:
They did not honor the price we had through you. Their car was not vacuumed out and really dirty. He said it has full tank which was a lie, there was only about 3/4 full.6,8 Okay

Upon arrival in Wenatchee there was no one from Hertz available to get my car for me so I had to call a relative to come out to the airport at midnight to pick me up only to bring me back to the airport the following day to pick up the car. So I had to pay twice for my rental since I did not have my husbands credit card with which he made the reservation with; same bank, same last name, same billing address. Not a fan of this stipulation... And there was no one available to turn my keys into or my contract when I left on Saturday morning. So I drop the keys in the contract in a little drop box outside the Wenatchee airport. No customer service going on there. No Thank you, no friendly face.Enterprise Rent-A-Car

They wouldn’t rent to me!! Belittled me because “ went used to people with so low of credit limits!! Paid off a card still wouldn’t run it again!! 1 time per card per 24 hrs!! Said they had expensive equipment and don’t want it damaged I will never attempt to rent from these guys again!! Seamed to not like my insurance I bought from your site either!Cons:
