The place absolutely stunk of toilets, throughout the pub and even our room. It was unbearable! The staff was very rude and seemed to have a issue with tourists, the bathroom was not cleaned and someone left faeces all over the toilet
The staff the smell the cleanliness
The room was a good size & ensuite shower was unexpected The beds were really comfy & bedding clean It was quiet in our room, room 7, before we went out & once we came back. Despite the pub below being very busy. Pub below offers a varied menu & cheap but tasty prosecco over the weekend plus other drinks & food deals during the week.
The broken cominal bathroom door meaning it didn't close - reported unfortunately unresolved Lack of toilet paper - reported & resolved The lack of cups or spoons to utilise the tea/coffee making facilities - reported & partially resolved (no spoons)
Convenient for my stay
No loo in the room, have walk down corridor to one..
It was cold no heating from the radiators
Location- about a 20 minute walk to town and close to Watford Junction
Shared toilet door didn't close, a bit noisy with bar downstairs
