Pros (+) The staff went OUT OF THER WAY to be accommodating, helpful, friendly and generally go "above and beyond" to provide outstanding customer service. Deputy Manager Rob was wonderful as was Ellie and the rest of the staff!!!!!! I also would like to compliment the wait-staff at the breakfasts--they were AMAZING--couldn't do enough for us...every morning and every day of our stay. Jury's Inn is to be c...
Cons (-) The room assigned to us left a lot to be desired. The room we PAID for an upgrade for, was much, much better.
