Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent location, making it convenient for exploring Waterford and accessing public transport. The service is frequently described as friendly and welcoming, with several guests mentioning helpful staff and hosts. Cleanliness is another highlight, with many reviews noting tidy and well-maintained rooms. While breakfast is commonly mentioned, opinions are mixed, with some finding it adequate and others disappointed by the lack of variety or a full Irish option. Bed comfort and room size receive both positive and negative remarks, and noise levels are a concern for some guests, especially those in rooms facing busy streets or with thin walls. Overall, the hotel is seen as a good value, especially for its location and service.
