Pros: Breakfast was great and the hotel staff was very helpful.
Cons: Organization and cleanliness
Pros: Location was great, rooms were nice, clean, and modern, staff was friendly
Cons: Internet was terrible. Took ages for simple pages on the met to open. As a result, I could not be working productively at this hotel.
Pros: Location is good.
Pros: Nice room, nice view, minibar included in pricing
Cons: The breakfast restaurant building is quite new/modern/sterile. Does not match with the building. But breakfast was Ok ;-)
Pros: The bed was really confortable, the building is an historical hotel and the seaview from the breakfast rooom was nice.the products at the breakfast were fresh.the art items displayed everywhere created a beautiful atmosphere.
Cons: The hotel can be defined a 3 star hotel in a 5 star building.we were given a room with the carpet stained, the floor dirty.we had to go back to reception and we got a better room.the wall was scratched and the bathtub was dusty.the breakfast was the same everyday.the mirrors on the hall and the windows of room were not clean.the spa is cosy but super tiny.the iron in the room had a broken cable.
Pros: Wellness area was clean and relaxing. The Zusje restaurant had a Vegan/vegetarian week and very pleasant staff.
Cons: Some of the reception staff were unhelpful. When I asked about checking out one day early due to the Covid-19 situation, it was not possible to get a refund for the last day or even a voucher for a future visit. Parking is very expensive (41€/day) when the car park next door only charges 30€/day. The Waves restaurant did not have vegan options or even an alternative milk (soya or oat milk) for coffee, so we did not eat dinner here, nor did we have breakfast at the hotel. First "superior" room was shabby and dated. Upgraded to an "Executive" room, which was slightly better, but still did not meet expectations. Neither room had a proper shower - just a shower head over the bath.
Pros: Location and old-world ambience.
Cons: A lot of external renovations which spoiled the quality of the seaview.
Pros: It's an amazing location with a fascinating history! It is such a great place to stay and the staff are friendly and helpful. I will be recommending it to all my friends, family and colleagues.
Pros: Beautiful building in an amazing beachfront location. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and were more than happy to assist with any requests we had. The pool and spa were also very nice, and was a great way to relax on a rainy day.
Pros: The location
Cons: Hotel didn’t meet any of our expectations as 5* hotel. The stuff except mr.Rex are very unprofessional. Even the manager at the reception at check out time... She is not listening to what guests are saying. But been busy showing off herself in front of her staff. The worse thing is not only she couldn't solve any problems in delicate way. Instead she was defending herself. Even the cleaning stuff supervisor came twice to say sorry for instead of her, and for caused inconvenience: dirtiness of the bathroom from black mold, also said sorry for their manager sending her to clean it up immediately without any knowledge of that wouldn’t be possible at all, without calling a real specialists. only sponge and some spray will not help removing the reason of black mold appearance. It’s not first time I’ve seen black molds at hotels, but it’s a shame for 5* hotels.
Cons: Reception was helpful, but very slow. Not enough staff. We were surprised that there was nothing available when on the 15th of March with 30 mins. Notice everything closed. We were told to go to a supermarket. So there was no backup plan!

Pros: Quietest hotel ever-not a peep at night, great sleep quality
Cons: A couple of towels were not very clean
Pros: Good location, room, excellent breakfast
Cons: Swimmingpool and spa under repair
Pros: We got a free upgrade to a luxury room because the pool area was closed for renovations.
Cons: Pool/Spa is closed for renovations
Pros: every thing apart from water bottles inside the room
Cons: There was a minibar but no water bottle at all
Pros: Super nice and helping staff Very clean great lobby space Excellent breakfast excellent management Environmental friendly policy
Cons: No slippers provided
Pros: Very spacious rooms. Clean and I liked the ambience. I wished I was there for a longer period. I also liked TV channels.
Cons: Distance to Leiden. The rooms heating system was on the lower side.

Pros: breakfast was exceptional
Pros: Excellent breakfast, Nice room with view
Pros: It was OK
Cons: Went for dinner. A bottle of water sat on the table. We opened it and had some. Got the bill and they charged us 6 Euro for the bottle of water. There was no price on the bottle and nothing to say it cost they much and no one said. Ludicrous
Pros: Conveniently located near Erasmus University, and bus stop is right in front. I was offered upgrade (superior > executive) at EUR25/night upon C/I, which included free minibar w/ Nespresso & mineral water, bath lobe, slippers, broadband access (upgrade from wifi), and high floor (less noise and better view), which I though was a good deal. Room was spacious, nice and clean. Comfy firm mattress. Breakfast was offered at two levels, EUR 9.50 for continental, or EUR 19 for buffet (many choices of meat/cheese/pastries/juice, enough for consecutive stay). 'Breakfast included' rate meant buffet. Dinner was good, with enough selection of glass wines, a little pricey though. No other restaurants nearby, except for on-campus HOT SPAR and food court.

Cons: Inattentive breakfast staff, cold food. Waiters never asked if I wanted a drink or cleaned up the used plates and cutlery. My room smelled strongly like marijuana, because someone on the same floor apparently lit a joint. Minibar was empty. No additional toiletries on the room (dental kit). Towels smelled very bad!
Pros: Only a short walk or single tram stop from centre .
Cons: A little quiet at weekend as it’s a business district
Pros: Nice comfortable rooms, clean, nice view, good breakfast
Cons: The free WiFi is incredibly slow, almost unusable. Since I live in the Netherlands I could use my 4G connection instead, but speed of the Internet should really be improved a lot
Pros: All ok. Nice breakfast. They do make fresh eggs.
Cons: all ok. Could do a bit more on cleaning. Small things, that you notice when you travel a lot. / Be aware that rooms start only on 6th flor (and up to ~19). If you are afraid of heights ask for room on lower floors.
Pros: Pleasant room. Excellent breakfast. Good facilities.
Would stay there again. We arrivied late and had an early start so did not make the most of our stay in this hotel.
Cons: Parking. It took us 25 minutes to park the car. This is due to being unable to read Dutch and user error on my part.
Pros: Excellent service and a great room
Pros: We were happy with the price, and we had a good meal in the evening, and a good breakfast. The check out was easy. Considering the location, the parking was fine.
Pros: The breakfast was fantastic and there was variety to choose from, and the rooms were comfortable and were made ready for the evening, the shower was very good the water was the right temperature. the view from my room was magnificent at sun rise.
Pros: Everything was reasonable OK.
Cons: It was strange, that wall socket (electricity) was without electricity. Consequently my mobile was empty and alarm clock not working. I found only then, that there are plugs with small letters “24 hours”. But late for me.
Pros: Large, comfortable rooms and friendly staff
Cons: There are no nearby restaurants or shops, which are open in the evenings or on weekends
Pros: Location & bed
Cons: Breakfast - fruit salad was really past its useful life (watermelon was actually slimy - uuuuh!) pastries were stale. No bottled water & 1 tea bag in room when I arrived. Only powdered milk sachets & couldn’t send any milk to room when requested!

An excellent choice for functions, there are 19 meetings rooms at the hotel. Free Wi-Fi and parking are available.
Pros: Nothing, very dusty room, no sea view with a booking with sea view- pls take care!
Cons: Stuff are rude and impolite! No possibility to make an earlier check in and they will force you to leave the room 1,5 h before checkout ! If not they are charging you ASAP for the second night.
Pros: The view is great,
Cons: The staff charged parking place 2 times for 1 night.
Pros: Proximity to beach. Huge rooms, huge bathrooms. All amenities. Each room has a balcony with seating to better enjoy the sea view
Pros: Indoor pool
Cons: Furniture is quite outdated
Pros: Amazing staff, very friendly, excellent communications, rooms are very clean and the view on the sea is gorgeous. Food was surprisingly good and everything worked as expected and beyond. Would absolutely stay again
Cons: The only real thing I can complain about is the price of the food, but to be completely honest, 16$ for a burger is an expected price in such a high-quality hotel. And the food tastes good, so it's a price I am willing to pay
You and your family will quickly feel at home at Novotel. Novotel Den Haag World Forum is a family friendly 4-star hotel located above the World Forum convention centre and theatre. The hotel is not far from the seaside resorts of Kijkduin and Scheveningen, reachable within 10 minutes with public transportation or by car. The Madurodam miniature park and Omniversum movie theatre are a few minutes' walk away. The city centre is also easily accessible by public transport and has many highlights to explore.
Pros: Novatel Den Haag is stylish and convenient hotel in The Hague.
Small and intimate rooms are modernistic and comfortable
Pros: Very good helpful staff. Comfortable bed. Good shower. Very good desk service and room service.
Cons: Very expensive parking.
Pros: room and breakfast
Pros: breakfast was excellent and room was good too
Cons: arrived an hour before check-in time and was not able to check in. Difficult to believe that no rooms at all were ready by then. made things awkward for my meetings. The gym is not free to hotel guests and at 10 euro a session, is expensive
Pros: Very helpful staff. Interesting location with great views (room on 12th floor). Decent breakfast.
With a stay at Art Hotel Rotterdam, you'll be centrally located in Rotterdam, within a 10-minute drive of Ahoy Rotterdam and Erasmus Bridge. Featured amenities include a 24-hour front desk, multilingual staff, and luggage storage. Self parking (subject to charges) is available onsite.
Pros: It's hardly a 4* my room was clearly a 1960s council flat. Which I assume is what the building once was.
The decor was cold and a bit weird.
Kitchenette had NOTHING just a cold metal work top and a sink. A coffee maker but no coffee and not even a microwave.
I didn't want a kitchenette but if there is one in my room I expect something!
Location is not nice nor is the view
Cons: Far too expensive and not a 4*. I rarely complain about a hotel because you get what you pay for. However I suggest either spending another £20 or going for a lovely 3* somewhere else.
It's not a nightmare hotel so if you have booked it's not going to be horrible, just if you have a choice ... Go elsewhere
Pros: Room was spacious and comfortable, bathroom was clean, room temperature was good too.
Cons: Stayed there for 3 nights and had a double room with no hot water in the shower. I’ve mentioned it to the staff who have called in someone to have it fixed but to my surprise hasn’t done anything about it. Was taking showers everyday with cold water!
Pros: The bathroom was nice, great view over the river. Quiet.
Cons: The beds are too close together for a twin room. There were bits and white stains on the headboard and a large blood stain on the duvet! I asked the reception to change it after I came back from a long day of work on Wednesday 11 March. The female receptionist advised me to just cover it up as the cleaning team had left the hotel already. She was not willing to help nor took it seriously. I complained again to her male colleague, who was very friendly and immediately went up to change the bed. He apologised and said this shouldn't have happened. Surely if I can see it, your cleaning team could not have missed this. Also the fact that the hotel charges for breakfast on the morning is very chaotic. Easier to charge afterwards. Please step up your cleanliness and quality control checks.
Pros: Location is in direct vicinity of the Metro station.
Cons: Hotel room was already pretty worn out and apparently has seen better times. It was not possible to close window fully and as strong winds are common at Netherlands a roaring sound of the wind through crack can make your night unforgettable experience. Bring your own tea or coffee with you as only amenity you will find will be an electrical kettle and pair of mugs, but nothing to complement it with. :D
Pros: front staff very pleasant and even apologise for a rude guest behind me, who just had no manners and was inpatient, while I was paying for my room, but the last was curtious and we both ignored his behaviour.
Cons: found a cpl hairs on the bed and some stains on the top cover this was on one side of the bed, the other side looked clean so just slept on that side, due to me being with a few others on the same floor and close to each other and it being only one night i let it be. also not sure why all the wires were hanging out in the hall ways and what looked like a loose cable from the back of the tv. Make sure guest know how to turn on the heater if the wall thermostat is more working

Featured amenities include a 24-hour business center, complimentary newspapers in the lobby, and dry cleaning/laundry services. This hotel has 9 meeting rooms available for events. Pros: Nice quoit hotel good for couples and business trip for family It could be good if they have bigger room.
Cons: Location and friendly staff
Pros: Everything was very nice, there were all bath accessories ranging from shampoo to a disposable nail stick.
Pros: Friendly and helpful staff. Food of good quality. Room comfortable and quiet. Very convenient for my work.
Cons: Closure of the bar. It always had a buzz with sport on TV and pool tables - a nice environment to relax after a day's work. Eating in the restaurant is not the same unless you enjoy being with middle aged men sat by themselves looking at their phones.

Pros: Room very comfortable, breakfast more than adequate and location perfect for our visit which in view our daughter lives nearby we will be regulars, thanks.
Cons: Not enough coffee & cream sachets for two people.
Pros: The bed very comfortable
Pros: The hotel's building is hihg and therefore you become a grate view from your room. Location is also verz good, 30 min walk to the city-center and a lot of parks nereby.
Cons: You should pay for animals and it was not shown during the booking process. Parking costs are extremely high! Rooms are not super clean and new, there was already openned schampoo and only one couple of slippers...
Pros: The breakfast was wonderful.
Cons: The free WiFi was quite slow.
Pros: We loved the hotel. Very clean helpful staff, wish parking was cheaper, but oh, well...
Pros: The staff was very friendly and the place was conveniently located near tram lines. I was able to easily print my boarding pass in the business centre. The breakfast was very good.
Cons: The elevators had a weird strong smell. The revolving door would sometimes not register movement.
Pros: Breakfast was lovely, staff was friendly, location was walkable to food, and public transportation.
Cons: no room service!
Pros: Awesome staff.
Pros: Extremely friendly personnel. Great location.
Pros: Location was great and We had great service from staff at the Great Room by helping us with food taking into account allergies.
Cons: The cleaning can be improved.
Pros: Special thanks to Mr. Wiliam
Cons: The client doesn’t have special fare when he use the car parking
Pros: We loved the hotel. Very clean, staff extremely helpful. We had a car, so we were 10 Min drive to the center of the city. Really good breakfast and free parking. Recommend.
With a stay at Hilton Rotterdam, you'll be centrally located in Rotterdam, steps from Old Luxor Theater and within a 5-minute walk of Stadhuis. Featured amenities include a business center, limo/town car service, and express check-out.
Pros: Location.....close to everything. Room was very clean staff was very helpful,
Cons: Water in the shower did not drain well. Caused some water to build up in the bathroom. No operational windows in the room.
Pros: Good and fast room service
Pros: It is comfortable enough and reasonably well positioned but it really is just a bit bland and characterless. A hotel probably better set up to appeal to the business community ( to which to be fair I belong) rather than the independent traveller. I like Hilton's but the Hilton up in the Hague is so much better than this one.
Pros: Very central location. Amazing, helpful staff!
Pros: Location is what we were looking for.
Very good hotel with friendly staff.
Would go back and also recommend this place
Pros: Everything no complaints
Pros: The hotel is renovated and up to the latest standards of comfort and luxury. It is quiet and soundproofed. Food is excellent.
Cons: The only thing to criticize is Internet speed but they do offer a fast paid version if you need that.
Pros: Decent bar, good room service, nice staff
Cons: Not many shops around the hotel to buy little necessities and a lot of them do not accept Visa Or Mastercard. It would be great if they had a little shop in the hotel.

Pros: Free breakfast
Pros: Great Location Nice Breakfast Friendly Staff
Pros: The room was very clean and the bathroom had some luxury feeling! The location was very close to the centre, even on foot!
Cons: The stuff wasn't well informed about public transportation.
Pros: Friendly helpful staff
Cons: Very little choice for breakfast
Pros: Location is perfect, everything are near, such as railway station, city center, shopping center. A room is comfortable and bad with a bad linen are perfect. Very nice shower room.
Cons: I think the breakfast could be better, more various. Inside a room there is a lack of fridge and safe. A key switch was damaged and there was very difficult to fix a key inside it and switch on an electricity )), but i staid only one night and when i left the hotel i made a note to receptionist about it. Sorry for my honest ))
Pros: The fact that the hotel was in the city center i was able to walk anywhere within the reach.
Cons: The Weather :)
Pros: room, location
Pros: Room was basic but fine, clean. There was a basic bar. Breakfast was fine. Good location.
Cons: Bar was a bit limited, as was the seating. Room was basic, but okay.
With a stay at Mainport, you'll be centrally located in Rotterdam, within a 5-minute walk of Maritime Museum and Erasmus Bridge. Featured amenities include dry cleaning/laundry services, a 24-hour front desk, and multilingual staff. This hotel has 8 meeting rooms available for events.
Pros: Really comfortable bed. Excellent dinner.
Cons: The TV was no good and no music channels. Shower water pressure not so good.
Pros: Fantastic facilities in the hotel. The breakfast chef, breakfast waiting staff and Riaz at the door were fabulous!!!
Cons: The staff at reception were poorly trained and and had zero interest.
Pros: Everything about the Mainport Design Hotel in Rotterdam is a thoughtful, and comfortable design experience. From it's location overlooking the historic harbor and adjacent to the Erasmus Bridge to position next to the Tram transit stop...is a well connected position in Rotterdam. My room was very comfortable and a high-design style. Service was excellent throughout, not stuffy or pretentious, but well mannered and accessible. Some 5-star hotels trying too hard to be exceptional, making the visitor feel like it's a privilege just being a guest. But I felt that the hotel and staff really are proud of their facility and are eager to share the good vibe with their clients.
Cons: Only getting to stay two nights.
Pros: Beds are perfect
Pros: Location, size of rooms
Cons: Over decorated, bit to dark
Pros: Amazing place very comfortable and amazing food. Awesome tub
Pros: The view from the room was great, overlooking the harbour. We had a sauna in our room which was great, and the bathroom was impressive. It's close to the Witte de Withstraat which has bars and restuarants.
Cons: It was great other than little features like the paint on the wall was cracked and looked a little weathered. These little things that made it feel more like an older hotel than a fresh, luxury one. We went during Christmas and New Year and nothing was open and it felt very much like a ghost town in Rotterdam!
Pros: The breakfast was quite good, many different options. The coffee was also very good and they have smoothies :) .
Cons: The bed wasn't very comfortable. It was good but in the webpage they say it's a premium bed, which was not the case.

Pros: Location is great, bed is moderate
Cons: It’s a bit minimal with the decor, not free drinking water provided with that price
Pros: Clean. Cosy hotel
Cons: No kettle in room for tea or coffee
Pros: Everything was great. Nice, clean room & decent breakfast.
Cons: It was really annoying to arrive late morning & not get a room until 2pm when you could see through the plastic express checkout box many many keys where people had already left.
The receptionist said there was nothing available before 2 as the housekeeping start late.
I had written & asked for early check-in but got a 'no' as well.
Ibis could make money from this but i guess it may be too hard.

Pros: Breakfast was very good, with a good variety of hot and cold food. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
Cons: The air conditioning in the room did not work well and sometimes the room got either too hot or too cold.

Featured amenities include a business center, express check-in, and express check-out. Planning an event in The Hague? This hotel has facilities measuring 2713 square feet (252 square meters), including conference space. Self parking (subject to charges) is available onsite.
Pros: Great Breakfast, good Service
Cons: Extremely loud room due to outside construction site. There was a party nearby with loud music until 1:30 am and loud (drunk?) guests in hotel corridors slamming doors. I travel for work often but won’t come back.
Cons: Quite noisy with building work
Pros: We got a room with a sea view and the view was nice. The gym is well equipped and the pool is big. Breakfast was decent, they make fresh eggs and waffles.
Cons: Too expensive and not worth the money: room was renovated but it still looks outdated and small. I didn't know this but we needed to pay extra for the sauna access. We had weird experiences with the staff (front desk and restaurant); at the restaurant they just lack experience and at the front desk we had a very rude girl at checkout. Didn't see why this is classified as a 4 star hotel.
Pros: The staff was amazing. So welcoming and so very friendly. The room was clean and neat. Everything about the hotel has been amazing. The silence, the staff, the room and hotel facilities. We are very happy! We were even almost too late for breakfast, but were welcomed with open arms to have our breakfast and enjoy it for as long as we wanted.
Cons: What’s there not to like?
Pros: Nice pool
Cons: We were very disappointed from our stay, especially since it was expensive and didn’t justify its price. The hotel was very old fashioned, rooms very old and not In good condition. Corridors and elevators were dirty, stained rugs. We were not informed that the hotel is currently under renovation, we would have reconsidered our booking. The room did not match the pictures on the website. The room was cold and poor heating, window insufficiently sealed. Breakfast wasn’t good, no soy milk, again- very old fashioned and it’s high price was not justified. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel and wouldn’t come back.
Pros: The staff was nice. The room was clean - but small. The location is great.
Cons: The many extra costs (breakfast, view of the room, etc.) are not worth the money. Overall we thought that it was very expensive for what you get. Breakfast 20€ per person per day is also not worth the money, you can find cheaper, nicer places along the promenade. The spa area is really far from being a nice relaxing Spa and also costs 10€ per person per day extra (definitely not worth it). I would rather suggest to book a treatment in the not far away located Amrath Kurhaus Spa, then you can spend the whole day in their spa.
Pros: Friendly staff and management. Very welcoming and comfortable hotel with a family atmosphere. Locals use the hotel.
With a stay at Park Hotel Den Haag, you'll be centrally located in The Hague, just a 2-minute walk from Noordeinde Palace and 8 minutes by foot from Binnenhof. Featured amenities include complimentary wired Internet access, express check-out, and complimentary newspapers in the lobby. Self parking (subject to charges) is available onsite.
Pros: everything was perfect and the staff was amazing and it was my brother birthday and thy send him a gift was a nice thing from thm thanks park hotel staff u r the best
Pros: Friendly and helpful staff, check-in went smoothly. We arrived by car and we'd reserved parking space with the hotel. The hotel charges 27 € for a night but it's worth any penny because you are in the middle of the city. The room (46, Garden view) was very comfy, quiet and large enough for 2 adults. Bath room clean and convenient. We also had breakfast which was standard continental and somehow British (fried eggs, sausages, beans, bacon, ect). Overall quite good.
Cons: Nothing really negative, but the illumination in our room was a little bit dim and the pillows were too hard and too thick (from my point of view).
Pros: The lobby is nice and the location is good

Pros: Nice place and nice location. During the stay was present a convention and also that was really well organised talking with the people there. So it look like a well done hotel
Cons: Great hotel near the beach. Parking is 24 euro a day. Breakfast had both American and EuropeM options. Room was nicely designed and had everything you could need.
Pros: This is a lovely hotel which is immaculate in terms of both cleanliness and decor. The food and wine were excellent as was our waiter. I would recommend this Hotel to anyone.
Cons: I was really concerned to find out that somebody at the Hotel had attempted to take a payment on my Credit Card without my permission for over £1300. My Credit card company tried to contact me but were unable to and so not only declined the payment but stopped my card. The Hotel staff denied this had happened on 2 separate occasions. This could have been embarrasing as I had no idea my card had been stopped and it could have resulted in my Credit rating being damaged. The response I eventually got from the management was totally inadequate. Disciplinary action should have been taken against the employee responsible.
Pros: Good breakfast
Cons: High parking fee.
Pros: Location was good the room space was ok the facilities were good
Cons: The toilet had a bad oder from the moment we checked in

Pros: Very friendly staff at reception, keen to help but they can only do with what the hotel has to offer
Cons: Bedbugs Very old and worn mattresses
Cons: All, very good
Cons: Everything was good except there was a odd smell in the hallway towards room in 3rd floor.
Cons: The staff
The dirty place
Pros: The bed was cozy.
Cons: The towels provided weren’t cleaned well, they had yellow stains on them. Also, the light next to the bed was broken. And the toilet couldn’t be flushed so I had to use the shower to do that.
Pros: nothing good to say
Cons: the worst hotel in the world the front desk lady was rude and completly unorganized didn't have a room and would not give me my money back The worst ever seriously dont go there i booked and have payed for my room and called in advance because i was concerned about the bed bugs comments i have read.they said that there was indeed a problem with bed bugs and were trying to solve it and also that the first floor has been renovated and i asked for a room that was renovated and they said OK i called again to make sure and again they said OK. On my arrival they tried to trick me into signing for a room on the forth floor because they said they didn't have another after a long talk about how they promised me a renovated room i decided to give this one a chance since it was night and cold af outside. When i walked into the room there were people staying there and started screaming at me.. After that i called the police who didn't bother to show up but at least called and they gave ud our money back.. Horrible impression of the Netherlands Also they told thay the manager was not there amd turns out he was Ps i booked in a hurry before seeing the horrible comments and was a huge mistake
Pros: Room size and location
Cons: Smelly toilet
Cons: TV not working.
Pros: Very good location. Very good value for money.
Cons: For the two days that I have stayed, Wi-Fi was not working anywhere else except the reception.

Featured amenities include complimentary wired Internet access, a 24-hour business center, and dry cleaning/laundry services. Self parking (subject to charges) is available onsite.
Pros: Helpfulness of all staff, reception and all those posted round the ship to guide guests.
Cons: Lunch order in restaurant totally misinterpreted I.e. potato soup came as tomato, cheese omelette was nothing of the kind. Breakfasts were excellent.
Pros: The staff were friendly and helpful
Cons: Everything was perfect
Pros: The main deck was nice to grab a drink from downstairs bar and take it to the deck
Cons: They should accommodate late check out, one staff told i can and when I asked for late check out the other staff from the front desk said that they can’t it was frustrating
Pros: I love that it is a cruise liner from the art deco period. The staff were friendly and attentive and the food was excellent. There is also a free shuttle bus to the metro and back up until 11:30 in the morning.
Cons: I did not like the price of the breakfast, it was a nice selection but way over priced, in my mind. I didn't like my first night, I was next to a very noisy piece of machinery that whirred the whole night to such an extent that it vibrated items in the bathroom. This must be a well known problem so why put people in there. They changed my room the next day but I was halfway through my stay by that point. They should not have out me in there in the first place.
Pros: We liked the overall experience
Pros: Everything in the same place, with bar and cabin close
Cons: Pillow a bit smelly
Pros: Beautiful ship, special place to stay, especially if you take the water taxi to get there. Very romantic. Breakfast was very good, lots of options (yet not always included in the room price). I recommend this place if you want to stay in a truly different hotel and go back in time and dream you are on Love Boat.
Cons: No tea in the room, and barely enough coffee for 2 people (1 cup of each sort, no possibility to make 2 cups of coffee of the same kind). Empty minibar, and room service unavailable in the evening (only breakfast can be delivered to the room). Bit disappointing if you want to have a drink or a snack in your room. Limited vegetarian options in the restaurant (not to mention vegan options!).
Pros: It rate my stay as 5.0
Cons: - No window ! - empty mini bar - I had to call to obtain a TV control and it took 20 mins to arrive (one needs to activate the TV in order to obtain the password for the wifi. - shuttle car to metro station doesn’t operate after 7pm
