Pros (+) The front desk staff was extremely friendly when I asked if I could check in early. My room wasn't ready yet, and they explained about a dozen people were ahead of me, but they did offer to take care ...
Cons (-) The only thing I didn't like wasn't really the hotel's fault. The proximity to a Metro station was quite a hike. However, there were plenty of cabs should I have needed them.

Pros (+) Perfect location, few blocks away from the Capitol and Union Station. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean and convenient room. Good breakfast place close by. We enjoyed our stay here.
Cons (-) Very small thing: please move towel rack higher, out of contact with toilet cover.

Cons (-) Internet wasn't working and front desk response was unhelpful and dishonest. And for anybody keeping track, 2 coffees in the lobby were $15. Cheaper at the Ritz.
