The gentleman that assisted us with the reservation was also the person that checked us in. He was great and made us feel important and welcomed. The panda bears was a great hit with our two girls. Also, the bell/valet team were very good and we were able to use the car a couple times during our stay.

Not having a convenience shop on site.

The staff was absolutely the best, warm, welcoming, service oriented without being too much. Everyone from the valet, to the bellman, to front desk, to housekeeping, to concierge to wait staff were a 10. All suck pleasant people! The hotel is beautiful, soft colors, clean and smells wonderful. There were violinists plaing in the lobby Sunday morning outside of the brunch. I asked the waitress who was lovely for if they have salsa, she said they didn't but let me see what I can do. So the chef chopped up and made some fresh for me. It was delicious. .My favorite hotel.

    Nothing.

Location was great, and the staff were impeccable!

For some reason the walls are very thin and there was a lot of noise in the hallways with slamming doors and talking people. I would suggest putting a white noise machine in every room to dampen the noise.
