Poor parking management. No parking enforcement, leading eligible customers with no parking spot available. I had to park somewhere else where I should not and being worried that my car may be towed.

We stayed on the second floor, and were initially given room 231, but we requested a different room immediately because the smell of smoke was overpowering as soon as we entered the room. The second room, 237, was only moderately better in terms of lingering second hand smoke, and there were cigarette holes in the office chair. Pros (+) Amazing bed - one of the better sleeps I have had. Restaurant service was speedy once we explained that we had play tickets. Food was really good (I had the saltimbucco and my son had the steak frites)
