Pros (+) The location to volcanoes national park is excellent Free parking and internet are included A wonderful continental breakfast is included for your stay. Bathroom is large and clean.
Cons (-) The carpet is old, stained and does not appear to be cleaned. Could feel the springs of the bed at night. Television only played one channel on a loop Limited arrival information.

Pros (+) place was nice until...(see cons)
Cons (-) Watch out for the paranoid, super-sensitive owner who claimed we smoked in the place...which we did NOT do...1 person smoked outside and didn't want to throw the butts on the ground so brought them in, put them under water, and then into the trash can. Owner claimed the smoke smell was so horrific that she had to wash everything in the place, including the curtains...and that the next night's rent...
