Pros (+) The location is primer
Cons (-) The AC system located in the closet of the bedroom was the loudest unit I've ever heard. Could hardly hear the TV over it and it would kick on loudly throughout the night approximately every 30 minutes and run for 15 minutes, waking me up and keeping me awake every time. Additionally, the walls and doors were thin as we could clearly hear every door closing and everyone walking in the hallway.
