Hotel is under major renovations not listed on their website. Terrible odors in the elevators and the room we were assigned. Fortunately Marriott customer service found us alternate lodging and the manager refunded our deposit.

Pros (+) Great location, right on the beach, was upgraded to suite at no charge.
Cons (-) Renovations were in process if being done so was loud during the day. Elevator use was restricted at times as one elevator was closed during the day and put added strain on the only other elevator. Construction guys used that one as well.
