Cons (-) They canceled my stay just 3 hours before check Inn!!, I was in a flight so nobody contact me, they sent me to another hotel witch cost half money.... And they didn't even pay the taxi from there to the other hotel..... You want more??? The worst experience I had ever

Pros (+) The hotel was in a great location, close to the metro. The staff were very welcoming and explained everything to us. The room was large and comfortable. The food in the bar downstairs was delicious!
