7,1 Good
Pros: great location, special atmosphere, nice sauna
Cons: paying CHF 500 plus for the smallest room time is just too much.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Loved the style and detail of the whole place and the gourmet restaurant was fantastic. Staff were so helpful knowledgable and helpful.
Cons: Only negative was some exterior decoration that started at 7:00am, that disturbed us.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: The staff's service and focus on details was excellent. The fact that they remember your name is just an example of that. They have a sense of informalness without losing sight of quality.
Cons: Food was good but not exceptional.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Everything about this property is top-notch, and the staff work hard to ensure that your stay meets your expectations, no matter how challenging your plans for conquering the neighbouring mountains. We had only two nights there, but anyone holidaying for a full week would be bound to return home fitter and happier, both physically and mentally.
Cons: I do not blame the hotel for this, and our further prior research would have revealed it, but there are no proximate restaurants to offer alternatives to the very expensive (and superb) dining facilities on site. The food was wonderful, but it would be hard to eat satisfyingly for less than £100 per head excluding wine. If money is no object, you will surely not be disappointed by anything at this hotel.

9,6 Excellent
Pros: Fantastic ski break at Tschuggen grand hotel. It has private ski lift and all ski equipment rental at the hotel so convenient! We really enjoyed the spa the swimming pool. We have tried all restaurants during our stay and they are all great! Also had a lovely time at Parisian themed New Years evening party. 10,0 Excellent
Cons: All was amazing ! Helpful stuff nice location and hotel is tops !
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Staff is amazing Hotel location is Amazing everything is amazing
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Amazing Spa, one of the best massages I have had, friendly and professional personnel, great food in the restaurants as well as the breakfast, beds so comfortable you don’t want to get up in the morning, nothing negative to say about this property- they even provided a ‘fat boy’ doggie bed, treats, poop bags, blanket and placemat with food bowl for our pup!
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel and the hotel staff were amazing. Thank you very much for making our stay great. The room was large, clean and comfy and the hotel facilities are outstanding. The spa and spa facilities are outstanding. The breakfast was great and all staff behaved exemplary. This is how a 5 star hotel should. Thank you to the staff and congratulations to the staff and management for how this hotel is run.
Cons: I think the drive up to Arosa from Chur is difficult. Better have an automatic all wheel drive vehicle, especially in the winter and be prepared for very steep turns (this is more like an advice for people and not related to the quality of the hotel). The hotel has great cars than can pick you up from Arosa and bring you to the hotel, free of charge.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The mountain cable car.
Cons: The temperature of the spa is a bit cold comparing other spa in Switzerland.

Pros: Wonderful location at the top of a ski drag, so great views from the room, and possible to ski from the hotel and return via the ski drag. Room was comfortable and there is a small kitchen and living room that guests can use too. Hosts were friendly and helpful.
Cons: Needed to use the car to get into the town in the evening.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Situated at the top of a ski lift, with four pistes down to choose from, this is a brilliant place for snowsports. The guesthouse is also on a beautiful winter walking trail. Our only problem was tearing ourselves away from our bedroom window where we were watching the piste basher or other skiers... The room was big, clean and warm, the facilities for storing gear were good and the staff exceedingly kind and friendly. Breakfast was excellent and the hotel restaurant very good. There was also a nice kitchen and dining room available for guests.
Cons: If arriving by public transport, be warned that the guesthouse is at the top of a long narrow road high above Lenzerheide. We considered walking it with skis and suitcases but eventually took a taxi.

10,0 Excellent
Pros: Excellent host, very personal - owner's daughter helped me to clean the surprise snow off the car we experienced on Sep 8th 2019. Great breakfast with a superb view of the mountains, overall good value, would come again, highly recommend especially if you are looking for the "personal touch".
10,0 Excellent
Pros: A very familiar atmosphere. You feel right at home. Excellent food and very friendly and courteous staff. You are not just a number but a personal guest of the host. Most of the guests I've talked to are regular customers and I can say with certainty that I belong to them now.
Cons: There could be more parking for cars. The few places in front of the hotel are always occupied and you have to park your car in a public car park which is a lot more expensive. But I can not blame the hotel operator as there is simply no room left for more parking.

6,3 Good
Pros: The wellness is really great. The bathroom was big and so was the room.
Cons: The beds were very hard.
5,4 Okay
Pros: Central location, right across from ski run and cross country ski run, 2 min walk to central Lenzerheide bus stop. Nice breakfast in cozy breakfast room.
Cons: Staff was not accomodating or friendly. 3 restaurants fully booked every evening, no chance to eat for hotel guests without prior reservation. It was highest high season, but still staff needs to be friendly and accomodate essential hotel guests‘ needs. Hotel is way too high priced for very small rooms with run-down interior furnishing. Not enough space for mountaineering clothing in rooms, small closets, literally only 3 coat hooks for 2 people. To reach ski equipment room you have to walk through 3 restaurants. No parking space in garage without prior reservation, if you don‘t proactively call the hotel, you can only park outside and parking space is limited there as well. All in all hotel does not match 4 star standards, interior design and comfort is not up to date and staff, with exception of breakfast staff, is not friendly or accomodating, also regarding pre-stay communication (e.g. no response to wellness booking inquiry).
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Nice hotel, great spa, warm and welcomig hotel staff, nice meals and the mountain ticket hotel deal is the best in town. CHF22 instead of CHF59. I was there for mountain biking which was also very good.
Cons: All good for me.
9,5 Excellent
Pros: The breakfast buffet was a bit of the finest, which I have ever experienced. All warm dishes were personally made on request and everything was accordingly fresh and fine. The dinner was delicious. The pool and the spa area is generously designed. The staff and boss are extremely friendly and nice. We would like to come again.
Cons: The three days in Lenzerheide were definitely too short. You can do many things.

Pros: Fantastic restaurant and cleaning service. Cosy ambiance and great that ski passes are included in the rate. Great food, good facilities and super convenient that the shuttle brings you to the piste.
Cons: We were a large group and check-in and check-out was a bit of a hassle as they got confused quickly. With large groups they prefer if you book with them directly. Check-out was not possible early in the morning even though we had to make our train.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Great dining hall and lounge great pool very comfortable room
9,0 Excellent
Pros: The staff at Sunstar Arosa were amazing - so welcoming and friendly! Even though the hotel was fully booked, each staff member took the time to make us feel welcome and anticipate our needs - a huge thanks to them for making our stay at Sunstar Arosa so wonderful!
Cons: Some parts of the hotel were a bit older, but the warm and welcoming staff more than made up for this.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: The facilities and service for children were excellent. A staffed activity room was on hand through meal times and evenings, and the facilities on site included go karts, trampolines, tennis and football, pool, and craft activities. Service was excellent in every area, and particularly in the restaurants
Cons: Some of the room fixtures were a little dated
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Family run hotel with great facilities. The spa facilities and pool were excellent. Splash time for young children clearly stated in the pool area. (4.30 pm - 6.00pm) Relaxation room and the view of the alps was breathtaking. Nice touch to have herbal tea served while relaxing. Additional bonus was the complimentary transport to and from the train and ski station. The upgraded rooms are very nice, and one of our party struck luck with Room 535, what a view!
Cons: The hotel is just off the main road and less than a 10 minute walk to the main Gondola station. The public path wasn't cleared of ice and you had to be very careful when taking the short cut up to the main road.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Great staff, great food, great wellness centre and all round a great place to stay when in Arosa
Cons: Nothing...
