Basic but cosy style, safe deposit in the room, very nice and friendly staff, good restaurant with decent prices, great view at the terrace, great location in walking distance to the main sites, good wifi
Very cold in the room (mobile heater unefficient), noisy in the night / morning (doors, chats ...), no room cleaning, check out at 10am already, bathroom extremely basic, impossible to find w/o a guide

Reception staff was friendly and easy to speak with Views available from the room-balcony. (if you select that room type) AC works!
Breakfast was not offered. There is a roof top restaurant where you must buy breakfast The restaurant, staff, tables didnt look clean and i am not sure if the food was hygienic It is very difficult to find the hotel. I travelled with my parents and they had a tough time climbing up stairs, there is no elevator. narrow-winding streets are dirty, smelly.

Excellent location overlooking the river and ghats, lovely hotel with comfortable clean rooms and a good rooftop restaurant too. Very helpful staff and some very good guides. Would definitely stay again!
