Excellent Location on Mir Ghat. Close to both South and North Ghats and temples. The stairs on Mir Ghat has strong railings, made it very easy for me to climb up and down. The hotel had its own access to river, that can be improved.
The concrete structure of this hotel and neighbouring dolphin takes away the look of the old ghat of Kashi; with a not so appealing facade when looking from the river ! More such bad looking facade, will take away the charm of the ghats :)

- The location is great. Direct at the riverside of the Ganga river and in the middle of the small oldtown streets and Market. 5 minutes walk to the Aarti Ganga ceremony - Staff is very very friendly and helpful - Food in the restaurant is good and not expensive Good wifi

If you need cheap and clean hotel, then this is a good option. The hotel is near to Meer Ghat, so easy for bathing rituals.
1. Narrow lanes. Difficult to access for all age groups. 2. Expect rude behaviour if you are not Caucasian or Hindi speaking. Some staff dont even smile or bother to look at you. 3. There is no room service. They dont prefer you to bring food to rooms.

The location was good.
My room was small and humid (water condensation on the ceiling). There was no proper window and due to thin walls I could here everything from other rooms.
