It’s a lovely place to stay. The bed has nice white bedding but I could smell the mattress pad had absorbed sweat from other guests over time. Otherwise very nice touches and clean!
Absolutely stunning location - especially the view from the outdoor tub! The suite was comfortable, great kitchen area and the fireplace in the living room kept it cozy. Surrounding area is perfect for hikes and just being in nature. Also, the on-site spa is great - book a massage with Maggie, one of the best massages I've ever had. Two thumbs up!
Nothing, it was perfect!
The king bed in the loft was so comfortable!
The unit was lovely and comfortable. Large kitchen and fully equipped. Nice views overlooking the marina. Quiet and relaxing. Easy access from main road in Ucluelet. Friendly staff on arrival. Room was ready shortly after 4pm.
The parking was a nightmare. We were told units had allocated spots in front of their building but this wasn't enforceable as we found out coming back from a later dinner. The front desk employee made every effort to get the person wrongly parked in our spot to move but it took more than 45 minutes of waiting. He was a non-paying guest visiting. While the person moved his car, he threatened us and angrily asked why we had complained. This ruined our whole evening. Parking spots should be marked with the unit number to prevent this situation. Also a number of cars had taken up 2 spots by parking crookedly and this needs to be addressed. We were also told (at checkin) that the hot water in the jacuzzi used up the hot water for showers. We shouldn't need to compromise having a shower for using a feature that is advertised as a benefit.
Great suite, the view, the tub on the balcony, clean, spacious, so much provided in the kitchen and so peaceful, loved it.
Maybe a screen door for the patio, nice to get fresh air but without the bugs.
