Pros: Quiet, very comfortable bed, nice room, breakfast buffet good (even had eggs, sausage, bisquets, fruit, yogurt, waffles, muffins, bagels, you name it!) and good coffee! Check in was easy, staff was very pleasant. Nice pool. Restaurants close.
Cons: nothing to complain about.
2,0 Mediocre
Pros: I liked how convenient everything is surrounding the hotel. I also liked how the staff was friendly to fix our issues when we arrived. I also liked how the staff wanted to make sure we got our extra towels requested.
Cons: When we arrived, we had an awkward greeting it was just weird. When we got to our first room, it smelled like cigarettes stained the room, the room was so hot, it wasn’t cooling off, and the toilet wasn’t flushing and other people’s mess was backing up into ours. The room had two phones and one was just messed up. My husband used the other phone to tell the staff we need a new room. They switched us and everything seemed better in the second one except the tv remote and tv programming wasn’t in sync to the channels listed so I spent an hour trying to program the tv. The remotes don’t match at all. I’m the shower, there really needs to be a shower mat of some sort because we almost fell and it’s a hazard. The shower curtain smelled “musty” and the towels are rock hard against the body. The decor is outdated and please turn on the air in the hallways. It’s 90 degrees outside and it’s 100 in the building. Also, the elevator runs way to slow. If I was trying to get away from someone, I would get got by the elevator. I guess I have to high of expectations when visiting hotels that seemed to have high reviews because this hotel has potential to be great.

9,6 Excellent
Pros: Friendly and helpful staff...
Cons: Could Not make any local or outside telephone calls from my room... Purchased a cell phone for use while in the states from "BEST BUY"
4,2 Okay
Cons: The pool had so much chlorine in it that we, and several other guests could not tolerate it. It made our eyes burn, just being in the pool area. We did not get the room that we reserved and payed for. We specifically asked for a single King. When we got there, we were told that we could not have that room, due to "corporate clients needing it" whatever that means. The place was dirty due to construction. The luggage cart would barely roll. The staff was dressed extremely casually, like they weren't even at work (t-shirts, jeans, etc.). The Ice machine on our floor didn't work.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Location quite friendly staff
5,0 Okay
Cons: The room we got wasn’t clean yet, trash everywhere and bends unmade.
3,8 Mediocre
Cons: This place was filthy. The pillows were terrible and they had construction going on all night. The staff was snotty when I asked about the breakfast. Said oooh you used booking.com so you’ll have to pay for your breakfast. That’s fine but the place was so filthy that I would t have eaten there. I’ve stayed other places that had construction going on and get that. This was beyond the construction and the last time I’ll stay at a Hilton garden.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Bed was comfortable but only 2 bath towels in the room for 4 people . I was over charged $277.08. The total for 3 nights was suppose to be $415.61
Cons: Correct billing.
6,8 Good
Pros: There was no breakfast, and the pool/jacuzzi was closed as they're renovating the 1st floor. They do not tell you this. Also, our bed that was supposedly a king was a queen. Rooms are close and you can hear people's slightest whisper
Cons: Be a little more upfront about the renovations, we talked to a few other patrions and they didn't know about the construction either.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Our room was newly renovated and looked great. The staff at the front desk were friendly and answered all of my questions. We enjoyed sitting in front of the fireplace in the lobby.

Pros: The room was great! Very clean hotel and beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was phenomonal.
Cons: The pool and spa could have better upkeep. The spa water spouts seemed clogged it was making odd sounds and the water didnt seem clean, pool water looked the same.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Its clean, staff is nice and friendly. Breakfast is superb, fresh and made to order.
Cons: Love this hotel
6,7 Good
Pros: Nice
Cons: Pool had way too much chlorine and was dirty, carpet in hallway was rolling up and trip hazard, comforter was ripped.
5,0 Okay
Pros: Big open room and the whirlpool was nice
Cons: Customer service was less than stellar. Room had stains on the floor lamp shades were broken. Shower door was loose. All in all it looked like a fancy room that was just never kept up with.
