Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's central location and proximity to transit, but most reviews highlighted significant issues with cleanliness, poor service, noise disturbances, and a lack of value for the price paid. Many guests found the rooms and bathrooms unclean, reported unhelpful or absent staff, and were disturbed by noise both from inside and outside the hotel. While a few reviews mentioned friendly staff and good beds, these positives were outweighed by the negatives in most guests' experiences.
