Pros (+) Staff were pleasant, attentive, and helpful. Full service bar is a nice amenity in this category.
Cons (-) The room was dark with old fluorescent light bulbs- made the room look like a 1980s high school gym. The bed was comfortable but had HAIR all in the sheets and the ice bucket was full of old moldy water. Worst of all, there was feces on the toilet seat and hair all over the bathroom. For that one reason alone, I would NEVER stay here again.
Pros (+) When I check in that clerk was amazing she printed us maps and visited with us and greeted us every time she saw us she said something to us . None of the cleks did or other staff did.
Cons (-) My AC did NOT work in my room and the AC unit itself was filthy. So I had to stay all weekend with no AC in Oklahoma. It was SO HOT. They saw us bringing fans up and just looked at us and never said a word. We asked for extra towels twice never got them. They came to get our dirty towels and said they would wash them and bring them back. Ummm weird why not just give me some clean ones. Breakfast c...

Cons (-) Sheets seemed clean but were stained with blood--including a pillowcase. Headboard was splattered with God-knows-what. Carpet in front of cooling unit was soaked. Pool was murky. Hot tub was yellow. Really should've just left when saw the state of things but was tired from the journey.
Pros (+) Free suite upgrade. Very nice hotel. Was above all expectations.
