Pros: The breakfast and room service was great. Food was the best. Flavor and consistency was 5 star. Came in great packaging, but it would have been nice if it came on plates instead of to-go boxes. They didn't ask me if it was to go, so maybe they don't offer real plats...they should

Pros: Friendly staff, fridge & microwave was nice, room was clean, easy access from freeway, $5.00 food coupon for Luke's restaurant.
Cons: I did not realize the hotel was "pet friendly". My wife is fearful of dogs and we had to be careful with dogs all about in the hotel. Also had concerns regarding pet fleas, odors and room sanitation due to prior pets in the rooms.
9,0 Excellent
Pros: Easy to find, great restaurants in walking distance, fairly close to entrance of sequoia (still about an 1-2 hours to get inside the park)
Cons: An older building, but fine
3,3 Mediocre
Pros: The room was clean and they allowed us to park our RV in the back of the property, but those are the only good things about this property.
Cons: First, the minor issues were the beds squeaked A LOT, the breakfast is terrible, the mini fridge froze our drinks and there was no way to adjust the temp, the area around the hotel smelled like cow poop and there was no filter on the a/c so the smell came in every time it kicked on, and the alarm clock had not been turned off by the maid who cleaned our room before we arrived, so we got woken up at 6am by someone else’s alarm. Now the major issues. Having just fallen asleep after the false alarm, we were rudely woken by someone trying to enter our room. If we had not engaged the latch bolt, we would have woken to find the hotel general manager entering a room with two sleeping women and two German shepherds who are serious about protection. He never knocked. He simply tried to enter our room. I can’t even begin to imagine how he thought this was okay. So we called the front desk to ask what was going on and they told us the general manager was trying to enter our room to see if we were in there. What?! Why not call our room first? Ridiculous. To his credit, the guy at the front desk seemed apologetic. He said he told the manager not to do that, but he wouldn’t listen. I really would like to have seen how that conversation played out. He then told us the manager was trying to see if we were there because they had some painters there who needed to paint our room, so we might have to move rooms. He told us he would call us back to let us know if we would have to move. He never called me back. So a few hours later, I called the front desk and he said we wouldn’t have to move. What he didn’t tell me is that we would then have to deal with construction sounds in the room next door. Very LOUD construction noise. It sounded like they were trying to break through the wall into our room. It was like that for the rest of our stay until we left the next morning. Worst hotel stay of my life and I travel for a living so I’ve had some poor hotel experiences.

Pros: Was close to 2 restaurants that we could walk in 1 minute. The steakhouse was delicious. And a great value for our money. Outlet mall was just on other side of the freeway . Rooms were clean.
Cons: The property was stuffy.& Smelled like it used to allow smoking . The pool and jacuzzi were not appealing at all. Look dingy. But the 9-12yr old boys still went in. Eggs in the morning were not edible. The rest was decent.

Cons: Noise throughout the night coming from outside our door - people joking and smoking followed by a car alarm that repeatedly started going off around 4am. Worst night/morning ever.
6,8 Good
Pros: The price was fair and reasonable. The internet was free and front staff was very courteous and pleasant and let me stay a couple hours longer than my required checkout. The bed was also really comfortable.
Cons: The rooms were outdated. The cleaning manager had knocked on my door after l had a Do Not Disturb sign she was unaware that I had an extended check out. It was disturbing because I was in the middle of a meeting for work. Maybe she should have checked with the front desk first instead of making me open the door. Also quite a bit noisy in the early morning hours with the cleaning.

Pros: Easy to find, great restaurants in walking distance, fairly close to entrance of sequoia (still about an 1-2 hours to get inside the park)
Cons: An older building, but fine

Pros: It was very close to the restaurant we wanted to go to, within walking distance. And the beds were great, very comfortable. And very clean
Cons: My view from my window was blocked by a big railcar. And the room needed to have 2 chairs in the room.
