8,8 Excellent
Pros: I like the fact the room is clean, and all the facilities in the hotel look good, the Check in and Check out wad really fast, and those two staff were friendly unlike the other one.
Cons: The reason I choose to stay at this hotel is because it's one of the pickup location for Sequoia Shuttle. So when I approached the reception counter asking something about the Shuttle, this young lady without glasses said the Shuttle has no connection to the hotel, and seems lukewarm about my questions. Very disappointed!!! Anyway, later I found out that If you book the Sequoia shuttle tickets online, there is a chance that they would not confirm your seats, only a charged invoice send to your E-mail, and the shuttle service phone may not work either. Don't worried, they already have your name on the driver's list, so the only thing you need to do is remembering your pick up times, and the shuttle bus driver was very nice.

2,0 Mediocre
Pros: Breakfast was above average for a hotel of this class, and the staff were reasonably good.
Cons: The hotel is adjacent to the freeway, and road noise was a real problem in our room. Without the road noise, the hotel would merit an 8 or 9 out of 10, but the noise was a deal breaker.

Pros: I liked everything from front desk attendant and fresh cold water after a day in Sequoia was very refreshing. Room was pretty big and beds comfortable, had a great night’s sleep. Breakfast was really more than I expected, after 2 other hotels where “breakfast included” in one was donuts and coffee from room. The lobby was inviting to do some reading and answer mail. Over all, I would definitely stay again if I come back this way. Also the price was great.
Cons: No negative comments

8,2 Excellent
Pros: The hotel had all the amenities to make it a pleasant stay. The staff were courteous and friendly. The breakfast buffet was excellent. It was a pleasurable experience.
Cons: Being 4 1/2 miles from town was some what of an inconvenience.
8,2 Excellent
Pros: lots of additional facilities available for guests, room was clean and we were able to get additional blankets for the pull out bed. Air conditioning worked well, the room was suitable for four guests
Cons: The bathroom shower had very little water pressure; it was like someone didn't put a shower head on it, and instead designed a very tall bathroom sink. The water got hot though, so that was less to complain about.
5,1 Okay
Pros: It was clean.
Cons: We were given a room on the 5th floor unfortunately it happened to be right under the air conditioner compressor that's on the roof! There was not one moment of silence in that room it sounded like there was a large fan blowing in the room at all times! I called downstairs to make a complaint and they told us they were completely sold out and could not change rooms. So they put our name on the list to see if we could change rooms the next day. We were going to be out all day and we didn't want to bother waiting to move all of our stuff. Besides, I would feel bad giving that bad room to anyone else and getting stuck with it. My advise, DO NOT STAY IN ROOM 524!! Worst stay ever!
7,4 Good
Cons: Bed was terrible old shower and bathroom. Over priced.
8,2 Excellent
Pros: Very nice restaurant connected with friendly staff and great food
Cons: Not much not to like, good stay
9,4 Excellent
Pros: The bed was very comfortable. It was a great value for the money.
6,8 Good
Pros: Housekeeping staff is very courteous and did a good job cleaning my room. The in house service for food was really good as well.
Cons: There was hardly ever front desk staff so when I checked out there was no one present to give the room key to. A staff member happened to walk by and I asked and they just brushed me off and said I could leave the key on the desk. Also when I was checking in the front desk clerk was not too friendly.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: I enjoyed everything about it and would stay there again.
Cons: Nothing
4,2 Okay
Pros: The bed. Nice and firm.
Cons: The room was in a horrible location. It was stuffy and humid in the room. Never stay there if you want fresh air.

Pros: Friendly staff, fridge & microwave was nice, room was clean, easy access from freeway, $5.00 food coupon for Luke's restaurant.
Cons: I did not realize the hotel was "pet friendly". My wife is fearful of dogs and we had to be careful with dogs all about in the hotel. Also had concerns regarding pet fleas, odors and room sanitation due to prior pets in the rooms.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The room was clean and everything was great. Breakfast was good. The day and night staff were very friendly. I've stayed in 2 La Quinta Inns now and they have both been very good.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Location to resturants. Shopping and freway

10,0 Excellent
Pros: The staff
Cons: Nice and clean wonderful staff
8,3 Excellent
Pros: The waffles
Cons: Not bad good price
8,3 Excellent
Pros: The location was seriously awesome. Right off the freeway, easy access. Loved that you can get gas at a very nice, clean gas station (Circle K) and then pull up to the hotel, and then you can walk in seconds to a nicer, steak house restaurant (Cool Hand Luke) or to a fast food restaurant (McDonalds, Figaros, Popeyes, KFC) if you so desire. That was the best part of this hotel. It was clean, and for the most part quiet, although if you listen, you can hear the freeway noise. But all and all, it was nice.
Cons: What I really found crazy, was the one queen bed room was TINY!!! I have never been in a hotel room so small before, it was almost claustrophobic, for me anyway. It had everything, it was just very small. If you can get past that, it will meet all of your needs.
7,9 Good
Pros: The pool is pretty fun
Cons: Not bad. Nice clean and friendly
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Place is clean and comfortable.
Cons: I wasn't a big fan of the breakfast.
4,6 Okay
Pros: It was a room.
Cons: There were boogers on the headboard and hairs in the shower. Someone in another room was blasting loud music for about an hour. The front door to my room did not fit the door frame, so I could see light from the hallway and hear everything that was happening in the hallway.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Very nice big clean room, bed very comfy. Staff very nice especially the guy who checked us in at 10 pm.
Cons: Breakfast not that great.
4,6 Okay
Pros: The TV was not working properly screen too small two black lines up and down I couldn’t fixed nu the way tv too small and 8am breakfast time was almost nothing no orange juice, no plates, no eggs, no bread , everything finish and the staff in charge didn’t want to fill up...
Cons: Televisión Breakfast time from 5am to 9am I arrive at 8am almost empty, and they didn’t refill when I ask for

6,3 Good
Pros: It was great to see the hotel refurbished as we have been staying here for nearly 2 decades. The new bathroom is very nice, and the mattresses are still pretty good.
Cons: We had stopped using this hotel because my mother always got sick when we stayed. After we heard it had been redone, we decided to try it again. Sadly they are now cleaning with something she is allergic to. Additionally, there were a couple of broken lights in our room, and after we opened the window the 3 inches allowed, we could not shut it completely. The rooms are a tight fit for 3 adults.

Cons: They gave us a handicap room with broken A/C next to the laundry room, is that bad enough? Argued to get it changed. Not going back

Pros: Position close to National Parks, nice rooms with a lot of space.
6,7 Good
Pros: The property was clean and the room was comfortable.
Cons: The breakfast was unremarkable. I travel a bit for business, and I’ve had occasion to try the continental or full breakfast in most properties. The breakfast here, unfortunately, was near the bottom in terms of taste. Especially the scrambled eggs. Very bad. Sorry.

Pros: Clean and comfortable
Cons: Not enough tables at breakfast
6,7 Good
Pros: Other than the pool and outside light. Everything was great. Nice bed, clean bathroom, clean room. Overall good stay.
Cons: During our stay the pool was closed. The was one of the reasons I chose this hotel. We were pretty disappointed. Our room window was facing a huge bright light outside. Even with curtains closed light peaked through.

Pros: Modern style. Relatively good location for a visit at Sequoia NP, the parc entrance is ca. a 40 min drive away. Nice restaurants nearby.
Cons: Average Breakfast, with a lot of single use dishes which is uncommon for an European guest.

Cons: Mattress is too soft

Cons: Gave me a different room from what I paid for I complained to the staff at time of check in showed my ID and still after complaining that I reserved a double queen room and they gave me a single bed they said that management wasn’t around and that booking.com usually makes mistakes like that. When I checked out I noticed my bill had a different name on the bill but my correct address I complained but they said talk to management!! I’m upset and I need a refund!

4,6 Okay
Pros: Only positive aspect was the single staff member I met—she was on the desk in the afternoon when we arrived and in the morning the following day when we checked out
Cons: The rail for the shower curtain was days away from falling away from the wall. The shower head was not fully secure to the pipe. There was no shampoo available anywhere in the hotel. The furniture was very old & tired. The sheets didn’t fully cover or stay on the bed. We didn’t eat breakfast here as the only fruit provided were old brown bananas & the area only had 4 tables for the entire hotel.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Cleansiness and quality of the the Room and Facility overall, thank you
Cons: Not knowing about it Sooner
7,5 Good
Pros: The staff was friendly, the room was clean, walking distance to the outlets, close to a lot of restaurants
Cons: The only complaint is that we didn’t have a choice of which credit card to put the $100 incidentals deposit on. That kind of information should be very obvious when booking the room. I have been to another hotel where I was given the choice of which card to use for that.
7,9 Good
Pros: Cordiality and efficiency of the reception staff.
Cons: I have not experienced all the services that the property claims, and being on the way I was only interested in a comfortable room and a good breakfast: after all, the price was too high for what I had. Breakfast with little space/tables available.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: staff was nice. room was clean. The hotel is kind of large compared with other quality inn. breakfast was ok for me.
Cons: no elevator to second floor

Cons: Motion sensored light in entrance of room and vanity area.
7,5 Good
Pros: Everything was good except the room wasn’t ready on time
5,4 Okay
Pros: It was clean in lobby and outside. They also let me check in at 10:00 a.m and leave at 3:00 p.m.
Cons: The ring around the tub when I went to take a bath. Also shower curtain was really dirty on the bottom of it. The a/c didn't really cool the room down. More like a swamp cooler. The room they put us in #111 was right next to maids storage area, across from ice dispenser, elevator, and vending machines. The people above us sounded like elephants up there. I asked for another room and they said no. I had to have them come in room and re vacuum because there was stickers all over the room and when barefooted, they were sticking in my feet. as far as check in and check out, It was suppose to be 3 pm but they called me at 1:50 pm and said I had to be out of there by 2pm or they would charge me for another day. They charged me 20.00 for early check in and 20.00 for late check out.
2,9 Mediocre
Pros: The rooms were so badly cleaned so after having looked at 2 rooms where sheets were not changed from previus and floor not cleaned, we left the hotel
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Bed was comfortable and there was a decent selection for breakfast.
Cons: Controlling the room temperature was a little difficult, but it would not sway my decision to return.

7,5 Good
Pros: Breakfast was nice. Rooms were ok and well cleaned. Good location when traveling.
Cons: It was an nice hotel. No specific downsides.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Staffs very friendly and helpful.
Cons: My only complaint is the light in my room is a motion sensor and is constantly turning on and off. It doesnt have a switch to turn it off or to leave it on.
5,4 Okay
Cons: Did not get a chance for breakfast, it was over to early. Breakfast should be extended to 10am or 10:30 on the weekends. The room was not very ADA accessible. Doors tend to shut on you, they should not have spring/re tractors that comeback on you. We were able to manage because I was pushing my partner in a wheel chair, but still very awkward to get around. If you have a handicapped individual by themselves they have to be able to open a door and the door needs to remain open. Thanks
10,0 Excellent

Cons: Variety of breakfast and not too much attention at cleaning during breakfast time
6,3 Good
Pros: I liked the room they gave me.
Cons: I didn’t like getting charged two times for the same night on two different nights! Also I was disappointed that they seemed to not appreciate the amount of time I stayed with them & didn’t even try to make things easier for my severely disabled son & myself!
6,0 Good
Pros: Good breakfast, friendly staff

6,7 Good
Pros: Clean and friendly staff.
Cons: The pool was dirty. The jacuzzi wasn’t working .
6,0 Good
Pros: I liked the Queen beds, the large rooms, fridge, microwave, continental breakfast, hot tub.
Cons: The food supply for the continental breakfast was not kept up during breakfast hours. It appeared that staff felt irritated when I asked for more yogurt, coffee, etc. Also we did not get room service for the first days. We asked for more towels after all our dirty ones were taken and weren't replaced by clean ones.
6,0 Good
Pros: very good location for next day visit in Sequoia Park; clean and comfortable room; very good breakfast
7,3 Good
Pros: Clean, roomy, everything works, good real breakfast.

5,7 Okay
Pros: We appreciated the size of the suite, the comfort of the bed, the swimming pool and the fact that it was clean and there were enough towels for the two of us (including spcial towels provided for the people going to the swimming pool)
Cons: The noise was terrible: the hotel is located right next to the highway. The breakfast was desgusting, so American: no fresh fruit, just greasy meet and artificial cereals. There wasn"t much choice and the few we got wasn't our taste.

Pros: The room was spacious and the parking was great - we could park right in front of our door. The beds were comfortable and the pool was a good size and very clean.

Pros: Good value for money, with nice gardens and pool, restaurant on site + some places to eat in walking distance (Japanese restaurant highly recommended!).

Pros: Rooms...
Cons: Non
9,6 Excellent
Pros: The breakfast was good. However the garbages we not being emptied when they were full. The coffee and other breakfast items you had to wait for because they ran out & needed to restock. A short wait. They do need more tables and chairs to accommodate the busy crowd on the weekend.
Cons: Our microwave was missing the turntable plate. They were kind enough to replace it with a new one. But when I went to use it it didn't work. They brought back the original one. Not their fault. They need some attention to small details. Someone should go through each room with a fine tooth comb and make notes of things that need to be either replaced or fixed. Like smudges on walls, cigarette burn marks on floor, paint touch-up etc. I was surprised at these things being a Holiday Inn Express. The bed was very comfortable. The room was clean. Nice stay and helpful staff. Just kick it up a notch and you guys will get great reviews. We would definitely stay here again.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: We slept very well, the bed was really confortable, the room was clean. The breakfast was perfect for our needs, there was some fruits, yogourt, cereals, eggs, bacon, sausage, cinnabon, pancakes, muffins, toast and bagels.

Pros: The booking company over booked us. And the woman at the front desk assured us that we would be taken care of since the booking company had already done it at the hotel before we got to this one. So I was very happy to know that she pulled up the last resort room for us. Very much appreciated her help.

8,0 Excellent
Pros: I like the fact that the room was clean and the very helpful staff.
Cons: No
5,4 Okay
Pros: The price
Cons: The room wasn’t ready at 3:00pm it was ready at 5:00pm. The people that stayed seem to like trouble. Two ladies where fighting in the night upstairs I couldn’t sleep.
4,2 Okay
Pros: Nothing. This was the worse hotel/motel experience I've ever had.
Cons: I got a smelly smokers room. I'm usually asked whether I want a smoking or non-smoking room. I'm not a smoker and was given a very smelly (cigarettes) room. All my clothes and my kids clothes in the luggage ended up smelling like cigarettes by the morning. The parking was trash-filled and smelled like urine. The a/c unit had the on/off button missing and I couldn't turn it off all night ( which was probably a good thing it was broken because it kept the air circulating that nasty smell) The pool water was murky and I didn't let my kids in the pool for that reason.
8,3 Excellent
Pros: Forgot my credit card at the reception, kindly returned by the staff! <3
7,9 Good
Pros: Location is good.close to market. Clean. Friendly.
3,8 Mediocre
Pros: The staff were willing and cordial, given that my room was not ready at the stated checkin time....(I was told that housekeeping was running late; on their lunch break, and that was just before official checkin time of 3 pm.
Cons: A room without cockroaches. A refrigerator at least!! If not also a coffeemaker, microwave....in your guest’s rooms(?) A swimming pool (it’s 100-plus degrees in the shade!) that isn’t “out of order”(??!!!) A clean parking lot and walk-ways....and, to top it off, on the second night of my ‘non-refundable’ stay, a guest directly overhead paced the floor in hard-soled shoes, and banged about until at least 3am....

Pros: No breakfast, but the bed was very comfortable.
Cons: It was all good.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: The room was very clean. And everything was as it should be, no hassles only peace and quiet while you sleep.
Cons: The shower kept running out of hot water and there could be bigger hygiene quanity... you get a two bed room , you should get two of everything else with the room .

Pros: Nothing
Cons: Deadbolt was broke, window wouldn’t lock, air conditioner was terribly loud, too many sketchy solicitors in parking lot. We pushed a chair against/under the door handle, moved the lamp so that if someone opened the windows (which locks were broken) we would hopefully hear the lamp fall. We also slept in our clothing because the room didn’t feel or smell clean.

6,3 Good
Pros: I liked its location within the city limits , close to all the restaurants and other facilities. It was within walking distance of many shopping areas.
Cons: The first two nights of my stay there were hotel guests staying there ., that made alot of noise both night , they were young guests , that started around 11pm and continued until after 3am , outside their rooms, laughing and talking loudly, keeping me awake. It was very disturbing and not very restful.

Cons: There was some road construction just outside the motel - quite noisy but I'm sure that's just temporary
2,4 Mediocre
Pros: Nothing. It was awful!!!!
Cons: Everything. It was really dirty, noisy and situated in a dangerous street.
3,2 Mediocre
Pros: nothing relly attractive
Cons:
4,0 Okay
Pros: The price was right. The sheets and pillow cases were clean. Night Staff was helpful.
Cons: It was a basic motel room. Facilities are in need of maintenance/upgrade: paint, carpet cleaning, upholstery cleaning, vanity & sink, shower head, toilet but for $60.00 a nite it was just ok. Parking was very limited - small spaces. I was glad I wasn't in a bigger vehicle. Minimal breakfast choices.

Pros: It was a one night stay so owe were not looking for anything special, just one night to sleep in a clean place. Surprising to us tha room was very clean, also the bathroom, the bed was comfortable and it has a big TV that worked perfectly. I am sure will use it in my next trip to North California.
Cons: The situation, is at the end of a Street with the freeway at the side. The noise from the cars was not an issue.
