Pros (+) We were repeat guests and the quality had remained the same from last year. A very nice breakfast. The renovated facilities seem to be maintained. The reception staff was pleasant but perhaps a bit undermanned..The rooms was very clean and seemed fresh.
Cons (-) The area around the hotel seems a bit questionable...not sure why. There were a few characters that wandered in while i was working in the lobby...Just a bit of caution
