When I showed up on Sunday evening there were two cop cars. It took 20 min of waiting in line to get checked in because there was only one person. My room was fine the bathroom was gross. Looked like it needed a real cleaning. The happy hour was a joke as they served stale trail mix and naan bread and Taziki sauce. The bar tender was rude and disrespectful in his manner. Cons (-) Breakfast shoul've have been like a buffet style setting like all other Embassy suite. Line was too long and took forever. And they ask for the green card to order. We were a group so some people didn't have so they had to fall back in line. And customer service never greeted us with hello or hi. Wasn not satisfied with this embassy suite. All other embassy suite is awesome except this one.
