Friendly staff and nice room layout, but stained carpet, rip in the curtain, terrible TV quality, a dysfunctional shower, and a out of service airport shuttle made this stay stink. Do not recommend.

Pros (+) The location was perfect for getting in and out of the airport. Staff were helpful and friendly and check in was a breeze.
Cons (-) Could have been cleaner and the showers were hard to adjust, one minute the temperature was perfect then it suddenly became scalding.

Pros (+) The bed was comfortable and it was clean. Fridge in room always nice. Nice complimentary breakfast.
Cons (-) Our room was old and run down. We were here 8 years ago when it was Best Western and had just been remodeled. Very disappointed by the state of the entire facility. Staff was not outgoing or friendly as in the past. They did their job and were respectful but not friendly like I'm used to from other hotels. Pros (+) Nothing I wasn't able to stay. I helped my mother evacuate a natural disaster on the big island if Hawaii and wasn't able to stay
Cons (-) I wasn't even able to get 30% refund. And it was out of my hands! The airline sent me home early and they wouldn't even switch my reservation!

Pros (+) The room seemed updated, and fairly well-maintained. The shower had a good amount of hot water.
Cons (-) The bed had really scratchy sheets, and we could hear people walking around upstairs very clearly. The river view included construction, mud, and a porta-potty. The parking lot had large amounts of broken glass across 4 parking spaces.

Pros (+) Location and access to freeways
Cons (-) Age of the Hotel is truly showing. Overall cleanliness was less than adequate (LTA). Exercise area was LTA, restaurant was LTA, resturaunt staff was LTA, no jacuzzi to relax, front desk staff not at all helpful, room cleanliness was borderline, hallway floors are uneven and barely wide enough to fit two people across, TV remote never worked, faucet handle broke off when I used it the first time.
