Pros (+) Location near mall and airport is good.
Cons (-) The room had obviously not been used or cleaned in some time. There was a stale smell when I entered, and even the bathroom counter was dusty. The lamps in the bedroom were unplugged, and there was so much dust behind the furniture I only plugged one back in. Several surfaces were sticky. Pros (+) We got off a cruise that morning and wound up coming in *way* early, but were take care of immediately. The suite was two rooms plus bath, and was clean and comfortable. There was a tv in each room, so we didn't disturb each other. Breakfast options were numerous and fresh - very good! The shuttle to the airport was large, clean and fast. Thank You! We will use this hotel again.
Cons (-) The atrium is a large open well like an Embassy Suites, and got a bit noisy during happy hour which could be heard in the first suite room as a dull roar, but the bedroom was very quiet despite this.
