Pros: Amazing location, great service, facilities were extremely well maintained.
Cons: The boot section of the ski valet was the only place where we had bad service. The guy there seemed to not care about his job, gave us other people’s boots (more than once), told us our boots weren’t there until we explained that we had seen them arrive 5 minutes earlier, then he bothered to look. Otherwise the service and staff went above and beyond, were really friendly, and made our stay great.

Cons: The dinning options are inadequate and did not meet our expectations. In-room dinning options are limited and low quality. Dining is a major factor in our experience and the Ritz-Carlton offering seemed disjointed.

Pros:
Cons: Everything has an led light that is blue or red or flashing, spent half an hour trying to figure out how to cover all the lights so we could sleep. Behind the headboard was another lit up thing that you could see between the mattress and the wall below the headboard while sleeping, and it had the low electric humming. WHAT THE HECK????? Beyond this, I get that it's fall and time to clean up and fix the resort, but 7:30am construction on a weekend is obnoxious at this price. Parking is a nightmare with the green signs that you can't see or find at night.

Cons: We needed to pay for towels at the pool, they didn't replace supplies in our room, and it felt rather deserted (off-season at a ski resort).

Cons: Kayak had the wrong address for the check-in reception, which had me going in loops for about 20-30 min. Next morning we attempted to go tot he Martis Valley Grill for their "signature brunch," but the shuttle driver did not know where that was so he first gave us directions and after about walking the entire Village turns out it is not at the Village but by the golf course, he called a shuttle to take us there but the shuttle never got there, we ended up eating pizza. We used the pool which was clean and heated, however the times on the binder and the actual pool time did not match so we missed out on about 2 hrs of swimming. This seemed to be the recurring theme with most everything, the times posted on the binder did not match the actual times for any of the services so we had to constantly keep asking locations for their business times.

Cons: The room was small and cramped. Bed was terrible. The pull out couch was among the worst I had ever seen. Electrical outlets didn't work. Sheets had large holes in them. The shower head was approx 5`3 high. All in all, a terrible place to stay for what they charge.
