Pros: Perfect location. Clean and new hostel.
Pros: - Location Location Location !!! Lots of restaurants and shops just under the hotel and It took us only 6 minutes to reach the Reef fleet terminal. - Staff members were very helpful. - Special thanks to the good guy Valter for the wonderful welcoming and all of the recommendations that he gave, and we’d like to thank the lady on the reception as she took our close from the dryer and kept it at the reception for us. - All facilities were super clean
Pros: This place exceeded all my expectations as the staff members were extremely cheerful, kind, and helpful. Thanks to (Vauter, Kate, and Laura) who made our vacation! They’re legends! Location – 6 mins walk to the marina! What a bless!! It’s close to everything...just in front of the lagoon, where you can have one of your most delightful swim experiences. I already recommended it to my family and friends, and I would definitely tell everyone about.
Pros: The view in the eating room was very nice!
Pros: Cleanest hostel I've ever stayed at
Cons: Right over a popular bar and the rooms stay warmer than I prefer to sleep in
Pros: The location is perfect , you can see the infinity swimming pool from the roof. And it is very near. Also the kitchen and refrigerator room ~
Pros: Location is great and the staff really friendly. The girl that helped us with the check in was super kind and really nice.
Cons: Room was not too big, there was not too much space to leave the things.
Located in Kewarra Beach, Kewarra Beach Resort & Spa is by the ocean, a 1-minute drive from Kewarra Beach and 8 minutes from Clifton Village Shopping Centre. Featured amenities include a business center, complimentary newspapers in the lobby, and dry cleaning/laundry services. A roundtrip airport shuttle is provided for a surcharge (available 24 hours), and free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: Wonderful ambience, bungalows in tropical forest next to the beach, calmness exuding from the air, the main lodge similarly relaxed. The highlight eating in the restaurant, extradinary food in a room open to the paperback forest, notably no music except the night calls of birds and insects and the breeze in the trees. Wonderful.
Cons: Although the days in NQ in winter are perfect it can be a little fresh at night. The bedding would be much improved with a dyna for the colder nights (yes, have to admit there is a slight chill in the middle of winter)
Pros: One of the best resorts I’ve ever stayed in! The grounds were incredible, like walking through a rainforest! The staff were excellent and super friendly. A little piece of paradise. Dinner on the beach was fantastic
Pros: Awesome staff and greeting!
Pros: The Location
Cons: Resembled an old Malaysian / Indonesian resort . One dining facility very limited menu . ( beach pizza bbq facility not open every day . Expensive experience , that won’t be repeated
Pros: Tropical gardens, beach, sound of waves, open air restaurant, it felt 1000 miles away but you weren’t. Instantly relaxing from the moment I arrived. Recommend to anyone.
Pros: Food was good
Cons: Musky swell and cobweb in room
Pros: Bed and pillows were great, no doona but a blanket, amazing❗️
Cons: Dined at Kewarra resort restaurant for breakfast which was terrific. Dined also for dinner, good service and varied menu but tastes just weren’t there, particularly for the high costs.
Pros: Everything,a unique resort
Pros: Great location with beach on edge of the property.
Cons: Staff ranged from friendly to unhelpful. Response to our requests (such as sitting next to fan at dinner so the mosquitos would bite us) were consistently rejected. Due to rainy weather conditions during our stay, there was nowhere to relax - only the one room cabin or reception area. There are no other facilities available under cover or free from mosquitos. Rainforest cabins were dated looking & really look onto a rainforest mangrove wetland type area which is (understandably) full of mosquitos. So it isn’t possible to relax on the patio area. Restaurant is limited & overpriced. Breakfast options very poor & very expensive. Room service extra $10 per order. You need a car. Not suitable for children. Overall a very disappointing experience.
Pros: I loved everything...10/10
Cons: There was nothing I didn't like... the crocodile that was seen the day before..lol..

Pros: The pillows were amazing, the room, the balcony, the staff were incredible! Loved our experience 100%!
Cons: I have no complaints!
Pros: Perfect location, central to everything The staff are amazing, helpful and friendly...Got spoilt with a bottle of bubbles and a card for our anniversary 5 star luxury at it's finest
Pros: Great comfy big bed!
Cons: The room was very outdated, didn’t think it was great value for money

Featured amenities include wired Internet access (surcharge), dry cleaning/laundry services, and luggage storage. Guests may use a roundtrip airport shuttle for a surcharge, and free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: The location was excellent, close to city centre and shops. Will and Lyn were very good hosts, friendly, excellent advice and made our stay very enjoyable. The apartment was very clean, quiet and spacious. I would stay again when next in Cairns.
Cons: A lift to upper floors would be good for less able travellers.
Pros: the hosts were very accommodating and the facilities were awesome, there was even a share kitchen for smaller items that were left by other guests upon their departure (very good idea). i would stay again
Cons: we had a bit of a hiccup to our stay when on the second night we had all our cash taken from our room while we slept as we did not lock the door to balcony (terrace as we were on the ground floor), our hosts were very apologetic and did what they could to help us deal with the police, we were lucky that we did not have much cash on us at the time so everything was ok, and no one was hurt.
Pros: Spacious, bright, fully equipped apartment. Great staff, child friendly and super helpful (with tour booking etc.). Thanks for the great stay!
Pros: Lovely hotel, great location, very clean and well maintained. The homeowner, Lyn, was very nice and helped us to plan and book our trips in Cairns area. Thank you Lyn very much!
Pros: Will and Lyn were wonderful hosts and the place was lovely.

Cons: Two flights of stairs
With a stay at The Abbott Boutique Hotel, you'll be centrally located in Cairns, within a 5-minute walk of Cairns Night Markets and Reef Fleet Terminal. Featured amenities include dry cleaning/laundry services, luggage storage, and an elevator.
Pros: Location. Clean and updated hotel inside and in the room. Bathroom is super clean. Bed were comfortable.
Cons: Nothing. But expensive compared to other hotel with similar offer and locations. I have no other choice of my selected dates.
Pros: Clean, localization, comfort.
Cons: Front desk could be 24 hours.
Pros: The location was fantastic and the price was good. It was a bonus to have a free continental breakfast included. The room was lovely and very clean. Check in was smooth and the staff were friendly. I enjoyed reading about the history of the building and seeing the old photographs.
Cons: Breakfast is available from 6 :30 - 9:30 but it doesn't seem to be replenished so best to go early for a full selection of items. For example, we had breakfast at 8:30am and there was a limited amount of juice and fruit left. If a staff could member could check on supplies through the morning that would be helpful. The room was great but just be aware that the view is simply of rooftops.
Pros: Right near the water and great places to eat. The room was very comfy and the bathroom was modern.
Cons: Breakfast wasn’t much, but that wasn’t a problem as there were lots of cafes nearby.
Pros: Location & friendly staff
Pros: Great location, very quiet, nice room, comfy bed and nice continental brekky
Cons: Receptionist was informative, gave us the necessary instructions.
Pros: The staff was friendly and the room was modern with comfy beds and a nice bathroom. The location was just a few steps away from the tourist center of the city - yet the room was pretty quiet.
Cons: The breakfast (that was included) was rather simple - but it was still OK for a good start in the day.

Apartments have a furnished balcony that makes the most of the stunning views of the marina, Marlin Parade, city or parklands. Conveniently located within walking distance to city centre & shopping precinct, Reef Fleet Terminal & The Esplanade.
Pros: Good room, nice location.
Cons: Gym has very old equipment. The treadmill needs to be serviced. The speed doesn’t stay constant, which is quite dangerous.
Cons: Ripped off by web site. Advertised at $130 but was charged $250. Had to pay for parking . Account got debited twice- once by booking.com and then by hotel. Very angry!
Pros: The spectacular view of the inlet and the size of the room
Cons: The microwave was set down very low on the shelves
Cons: Front desk was rude.
Pros: Did not have breakfast at the accommodation. The location was excellent, close to CBD, attractions and the Esplanade.
Cons: Scarcity of Undercover parking and charged for parking. Not complimentary as it is in a large majority of accomodation in the city.
Pros: Location The view on the marina
Pros: Good location, close to city and waterfront.

Cons: We learnt how to make capacinno!
Located in Cairns (Cairns Central Business District), Bounce Cairns is within a 10-minute walk of Cairns Central Shopping Centre and Cairns Night Markets. Featured amenities include a 24-hour front desk, luggage storage, and laundry facilities.
Pros: I liked the hostel : the rooms were big and clean, the common area it was very good to meet new people, the kitchen a lot of amenities and the staff was always working hard to keep the kitchen clean. I loved the vibe of the hostel everyone was very friendly and here to feel like you home. The location was great too 5min by foot to the lagoon.
Pros: The rooms were regularly cleaned and the staff were generally very helpful.
Cons: The pillows were really uncomfortable and one of the members of staff behaved rather poorly on a night out. Swearing at a girl and kicking the walls etc.
Pros: The bed was very comfortable! The private rooms are right next to the pool for added convenience. Loved the bar upstairs. They have an event going on almost every night. They’re doing some improvements at the moment that will certainly only increase the social dynamic. Highly recommend staying here!
Pros: Beds are relatively comfy and rooms are big enough. ( I had 8 bed dorm). Free breakfast is a bonus!
Cons: Staff are pretty hit and miss. Many are useless. Often just walk into the bedroom without warning and don’t communicate with you. - usually hungover .
When you stay at Ellis Beach Oceanfront Bungalows - Campground in Ellis Beach, you'll be on the beach, within a 10-minute drive of Palm Cove Beach and Great Barrier Reef. The front desk is staffed during limited hours. Guests may use a roundtrip airport shuttle for a surcharge, and free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: Beachfront position.
Cons: Bed was old and sagging. Management should look under the bed. The fabric has come away in many places due to age of bed. Not one good night's sleep unfortunately.
Pros: Incredible location with only a stones throw to the beach.
Pros: the bungalows were great with an awesome view
Cons: The service from the staff were very poor, the man that checks you in was lovely the man that came around to our bungalow was very very rude. We are locals and probably wont be back because of this.
Pros: A perfect location to relax right on the beach! Friendly and helpful staff.
Pros: Very private, very sweet beach, sun and moon rises, sound of the Ocean.
Cons: The lighting in the living room was too bright..
Pros: Unbeatable location, with access right onto the beach. Good value for the location. I don’t know how they keep it so clean with all that sand just outside but it was so clean. Perfect for a weekend getaway. The café down the road was a super addition and we had breakfast there one day.
Cons: The facilities in the bungalow are pretty basic, but manageable for a couple of days and better than you’ll find in a lot of places for a similar price in such a great location!
Pros: The location was great we had a 2 bedroom cabin right on the beach and the beach was lovely and quiet.
Cons: The cabins are a bit dated
Pros: Being able to see the ocean and hear the waves
Cons: Beautiful beach bungalow directly on the beach. Pleasant facilities.

Featured amenities include multilingual staff, luggage storage, and laundry facilities. A train station pick-up service is provided at no charge, and free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: Great value for money. Nice and clean room with fresh sheets.
Pros: The place is located almost near to every good place in Cairns. Staff is amazingly nice even the volunteers are good. The place is very clean and the staff works very hard to ensure that.
Pros: The woman who checked us in and helped us with breakfast, Jana, is lovely. Definitely the best part of our experience there.
Cons: Nothing to improve, keep up the good work!
Pros: Within walking diastance of the CBD, shopping, restaurants & beach area. Place was very clean, staff friendly & informative.
Cons: Could have used more bathrooms & toilets. Sometimes it was a long wait & the hostel wasn't even full.
Pros: Amazing chill out hostel with an incredible team . Best welcoming ever , kitchen very well equipped with everything you need to do some fancy cooking or bakery . Shuttle to the center . Good vibes . Small dorms very quiet . And mostly amazing friendly team who do their best to help you .
With a stay at Shangri-La Hotel, The Marina, you'll be centrally located in Cairns, within a 5-minute walk of Cairns Marlin Marina and Esplanade Lagoon. Featured amenities include a business center, limo/town car service, and express check-in. Self parking (subject to charges) is available onsite.
Pros: The staff were awesome; generally very friendly
Cons: This hotel is not representative of the Shangri-La group, and I struggle to see how it maitains a 5-star rating. The showerdid not drain properly, grit between the shower tiles is black in places, the fan is chipped, carpet stained, phone's "quick dial" buttons did not work, and the room is old and dated and sparsely furnished.
Pros: Very disappointing hotel more like 2 stars. Very old not Kleenex bad service. Value for money zero. Don't stay here!!!!!
Pros: The proximity to the harbor, the restaurants and the facility was top notch. We loved our stay.
Pros: Great location. Great facilities.
Pros: Pool area and backyard bar
Cons: It would be great if there was a spa/jacuzzi on the premises
Pros: Location and staff were great!
Cons: Was really lovely but my bedsheets was with some stine.
Pros: We wanted to be able to relax and unwind at our first destination in Australia, this was definitely the place, the pool was very relaxing and the sunrise on the marina side was breathtaking. They had our room ready and allowed us to check in early. They also had complementary champagne and chocolates upon arrival. They also upgraded our room to a higher level so we had a better view of the bay. The location is with in walking distance to everything, including the ferries at the marina. All in all one of the best parts of our stay was the staff, they were all so welcoming, accommodating and extremely pleasant (esp Kelly and Luke!). I would definitely stay here again.
Cons: pool furniture showed some signs of wear.
Pros: Friendly and helpful staff. Close to pier, shopping, restaurants, and anything you would need really. Nice clean rooms. Large bathroom. Beautiful pool.
Cons: Wifi reception was poor in the rooms.
Cons: During our stay the towel was not very clean coz I saw three times the hair in the towel.
Cons: Not enough space for clothes.
Pros: Good location.
Cons: Stated above.
Pros: Amazing location walking distance from the harbor with many shops and restaurants within the same complex. Luxurious and modern rooms without feeling pretentious.
Cons: Breakfast service was $20 and most of the buffet choices were unappetizing; the omelettes and French toast prepared on request by the chef were pretty good but overall there are likely better options around Cairns. The pool was really nice but closed unusually at 8pm.
Enjoy 5-star Cairns accommodation in Tropical North Queensland. Swim in the tropical pools, enjoy a relaxing treatment in Vie Spa or dine on the best local seafood in Coco's Restaurant. This hotel is located in the heart of Cairns CBD, and close to the departure point for daily trips to the Great Barrier Reef and other natural attractions. With 16 floors of spacious hotel rooms, this hotel also means business, featuring 2,700 square metres of first-rate meetings, conference and events facilities
Pros: Location location location...within walking distance of the lovely waterfront with all the restaurants. The Concierge, Junko, was excellent putting together tours for us. The view from the 14 level was spectacular.
Cons: The buffet breakfast that came with the room was more than a "little tired." It was fast asleep. The pancakes and waffles were mealy and inedible. The so-called sausages were mini-hot dogs. The "to order" section was grossly understaffed so lines were long waiting for eggs to order.
Pros: Location was convenient
Cons: Smelt awful & found a large bug in my bed
Pros: Excellent buffett breakfast.
Cons: Toilet seat fell off. There was also a drainage problem on the bathroom tiles. The shower curtain was too small and water pooled on the floor.
Pros: The bed and pillows were wonderful.
Cons: Housekeeping too late in day. Curtains torn. Balcony furniture old and stained.
Cons: Bed may have been broken (check left side - back right of base)
Pros: The 1940s look of the place
Cons: It was run down and movie channel didnt work
Pros: It was exceeded my expectations, location is perfect, close to almost everything. Even though hotel is bit old, however, it has maintained very well. Very clean room, and exceptionally clean toilet. I was very impressed.
Cons: One night I rang for cotton buds, the cleaner forgot to replace it in the toilet, I spoke to concierge, he promised to send some up, but never showed up.
With a stay at Pacific Hotel Cairns, you'll be centrally located in Cairns, within a 10-minute walk of Cairns Night Markets and Cairns Marlin Marina. Featured amenities include a computer station, dry cleaning/laundry services, and a 24-hour front desk. Self parking (subject to charges) is available onsite.
Pros: Location was perfect. They were happy to let us leave luggage when we checked out to go diving for 4 days as we were returning after.
Pros: Very convenient location and the staffs are very helpful.
Pros: Good breakfast Nice balcony view Really close to Marina Bay (max 5 minutes walking)
Cons: Bad phonic isolation of the room as we could hear the street noise and air conditioning fans.
Pros: Great location, friendly staff, comfortable bed
Cons: Liked everything
Pros: Appearance. Staff. Location all excellent
Pros: within walking distance to the piers, restaurants, museums, aquarium, the lagoon, the tree house, nearly everywhere
Cons: a bit too noisy during the night when the man powered tricycle taxi passing by with loud music and drunk passengers
Pros: Close to town. Very friendly staff.
Cons: The bed was hard and the bathrooms could do with an update. The in-room dining was very expensive.
Pros: Location, cleanliness
Cons: Paid for a room with king size bed but room had 2 singles with views over roof top. Over priced for the room type.
Pros: Great location
Pros: Located close to waterfront marina, shops and restaurants. Very friendly and helpful staff. Laundromat facility in hotel.
Cons: Room was a little dated but was very clean. Was on tenth floor but could still hear outside noises even with sliding glass door shut.
Pros: The staff are friendly and helpful.
Cons: The hotel only has a few parking spaces which are allocated on a first come first served basis, if you arrive late at night it's unlikely you will get a space. Parking around the hotel is for 3hours only. The photos don't accurately reflect the rooms, they are dated and not as airy as I expected. The bathroom was dated and not as clean as I expected. For the money, you'd be better to stay at Rydges which is nearby and a better standard hotel.

Pros: Comftable bed, great bar, great location
Pros: Would like a change from scrambled eggs . French toast n waffles
Cons: Chair in room very stained
Pros: View from room and location close to the hospital. Also staff at reception
Pros: Pool and location
Cons: Rooms were old and need to be refurbished
Pros: We had a lovely room on the 6th floor with a wonderful view of the ocean. It was very comfortable and clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We used the guest laundry which was very convenient in the basement. The pool area was very nice. The hotel is in a lovely area but a fair walk to the centre, however they have a courtesy bus to take you into town.
Cons: Not much, other than there was only one chair in the room.
Pros: This place was fabulous! Great beachfront location, fantastic restaurant and facilities. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Room was huge with a massive balcony area overlooking the pool and beach, great viewing for sunrise and sunsets. Couldn’t rate this place any higher!
Cons: There are some homeless people at night that hang around the grass area that are quite loud and make you feel unsafe especially when your having dinner and they’re so close to the dining area.
Pros: Very easy checkin & checkout. Very helpful front desk. They stored one bag for a week while we were on a dive boat. Ask about prepaying for breakfast at the hotel -- its $5 cheaper for the buffet per person.
Cons: WIFI/Internet service in need of serious upgrade!!!! Service was slow & spotty, often requiring multiple attempts to connect. Location is a bit away from downtown Cairns.
Pros: Hotel was wonderful and staff, especially Patricia, was very nice, friendly, and accommodating. Great location - short scenic walk to pier, Night Markets, and other restaurants and stores. Hotel provides a very convenient hourly shuttle service to Night Markets. Breakfast was great. Plenty of vegetarian options.
Pros: We were close to everything we needed. The shuttle bus every hour to the market was very useful. breakfast was lovely outside each morning. We enjoyed the spa in the afternoon. Would stay here again while in Cairns
Cons: Nothing I can think of
Pros: This was an unexpectedly good value. We were staying one night on our way through to catch a flight and typically Holiday Inns provide a solid but not interesting stay. This one was different: its right on the beach in Cairns; we had a lovely view from our room and at dinner. The place feels like a small resort where you actually want to hang out, not just stay. Room was clean, large, plus we had a bathtub. Nice dinner on a quiet Sunday night with very good service. We were wishing we could stay an extra day and explore Cairns after this nice evening!
Cons: No complaints.
With a stay at Cairns Plaza Hotel in Cairns, you'll be within a 10-minute walk of Cairns Esplanade and Cairns Night Markets. Featured amenities include complimentary newspapers in the lobby, dry cleaning/laundry services, and a 24-hour front desk. Free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: Both breakfast and location was ideal.
Pros: Very friendly and helpful staff.
Pros: Love the location, central to where I planned on going.
Pros: Room was spotlessly clean. Comfortable beds. Good deal on hot breakfast.
Pros: Bed comfy and great location
Cons: our room was located opposite the bar of a hostel, as may be expected that caused much nuisance. Furthermore there was a very loud high noise in the room that seemed to be caused by the water pipes so every time someone in the room next door turned on the water, we heard that noise, needless to say that this was very annoying
Pros: Position was excellent. Staff very helpful
Cons: It was all satisfactory
Experience the good life of Tropical North Queensland at BreakFree Royal Harbour, with sweeping views across Trinity Bay and Cairns lagoon. You'll enjoy a prime waterfront location with fresh breezes from your 1 Bedroom Garden Spa Apartment or 1 Bedroom Ocean Spa Apartment. Restaurants, cafes, shops and tour departure points are all on the doorstep, with fantastic resort facilities including a sparkling pool overlooking the lagoon and ocean, BBQ area, free parking and onsite tour desk.
Pros: Great location near the foreshore, shops and restaurants. Given two adjacent rooms as requested with great sea and foreshore views. Adequate amenities although we did buy a utility knife as the only knife (apart from cutlery) we had was a serrated bread knife - we left you the utility knife. Very comfy bed and pillows. Cheerful Cyril on reception.
Cons: Not being given the late check-in instructions when booked and having to phone up and get last minute email, but the instructions were accurate and we got in ok. Staying 6 nights and no towel change half way through. Appreciate a washing machine in the apt but no dryer and it rained for 21/2 days so drying on balcony not an option. Having to always remember to close the bathroom door before hopping in the shower and always worrying about setting off fire alarm.
Pros: Loved everything, didn't want to leave.
Pros: The location
Cons: The bed was uncomfortable big dip in centre of bed could feel springs. After I made a complaint it took 6 days to get mattress turned which didn’t make much difference to comfort. During 13 night stay room was partly serviced, sheets not changed during the 13 night stay, insulting. Toilet not cleaned. I had to request clean towels, Rubbish bags ect. Very disappointing experience. I will never stay there again or recommend this facility to family or friends
Pros: The view and pool
Cons: Had difficulties finding entrance after dark.
Pros: The location is excellent. Right above the night markets close to everything.
Cons: Fire alarm problems
Pros: Nice sized comfortable rooms. Friendly, helpful staff. Great location.
Cons: There was a little mold/mildew on the shower curtain, possibly due to the hot/humid climate but the hotel should change those more often. Wifi is good quality but relatively expensive at $25/day. The front desk hours are only 8am - 6pm so that's a consideration as well.
Pros: Excellent location, convenient to all amenities with a lovely outlook towards the harbour.
With a stay at Dreamtime Travellers Rest Hostel in Parramatta Park, you'll be in the historical district, a 3-minute walk from Cairns Central Shopping Centre and 13 minutes by foot from Cairns Night Markets. Featured amenities include complimentary wired Internet access, luggage storage, and laundry facilities. A roundtrip airport shuttle is provided for a surcharge at scheduled times, and free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: Absolutly terrible experience which I have tried to clear up but been ignored. I was provided a booking that told us reception hours were before 8pm I arrived at 7pm and everything was completely shut up.No one let me in no key was provided ,i called phone numbers listed and also left voicemails and no one returned these. Aguest who happened to work for a company affiliate saw i had a booking and offered the spare bed in his room as he could clearly see i was tired after my coarse until I could get in.Within half hour in this ebd i woke up with welts and bites all over my legs which have swollen-I tried to get my money back and to worn the establishment for other guests as i beleive it is some type of ebd bug however no email response has been received.
Cons: not being given a bed,not having reception at hours, paying for a bed that wasnt mine, leaving with infected legs and this horroble experience with no written apology or refund
Pros: Great property and I really liked the room I had Tours booked through the hostel were all very good quality and value for money Loved the courtyard with the chill out mini bus, although the atmosphere wasn’t very social during my stay
Cons: It would be nice if drinks were sold until a bit later, front desk closes too early and the vending machine just ate my coins without dispensing anything.
Pros: Comfortable beds. Doona.
Cons: Couldn't close the window as it was all sqewish. Bathroom door had no lock. No bin in room.
Pros: I enjoyed the casual atmosphere and quiet, friendly guests and staff. The comfy bed and extra pillow (provided on request) made for good nights' sleep! Really good hot showers and ample kitchen/s suited me fine! Super close to shopping and not too far from Cairns lagoon and boardwalk at only 5 min by leisurely pushbike ride. Some fish to be caught from the pier just past the lagoon at the marina if you feel keen and a BBQ available to throw your catch on when you return! I will look to stay again on my next visit to Cairns. : )
Cons: Only one suggestion. I would have liked to see a water filter fountain for folks water refills.
Pros: Weeeell...getting better and better every time I stay there!! Well done to all the staff! So: everything of this hostel is cozy! The colours, the cushions in common areas, the nature being part of the whole place.. and the activities! They were offering a free talk about the barrier reef the other day, held by a marine biologist. Go there if you want a quiet place, not too busy, where to relax or being able to meet people in a really positive atmosphere! Toilets are clean and kitchen too! To the staff: guys please keep it going like this, you're making guests feel so well looked-after, spoilt almost :p
Cons: Air con isn't included, but that's sth negligible.
Located in Cairns (Cairns Central Business District), this apartment is a 4-minute walk from Cairns Night Markets and 8 minutes by foot from Cairns Central Shopping Centre. Featured amenities include express check-in, dry cleaning/laundry services, and luggage storage. Free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: The Location was perfect (near the Reef terminal, near the lagune and near the supermarket). There ist everything you need in the apartment (+ good wifi), The staff were also nice and helpful.
Cons: the shower could be improved (but was totally fine for me)
Pros: The location was excellent, with the Esplanade and shopping within easy walking distance. The room had plenty of space, and some of them have huge planted balconies. Good laundry washing/drying facilities and a well furnished kitchen.
Cons: Partly the rooms were a little ran down - not at all dirty, but simply worn/a little old.
Pros: The location was good and the room was also good, clean and big enough, air conditioning worked well, kitchen well stocked with utensils, bed comfortable.
Cons: The property is a bit run down, everything needs to be painted repaired or replaced, from the roof garden to the pool to the rooms, needs more shade around the pool, awful slow shower.
Pros: location is excelente, just few steps to esplanada. The manager was very helpfull taking care are luggage until flight time. the room is suberb, very expasious and big bathroom with hottube. There is a supermarketing just in front of hotel.
Pros: Beds needs to be more comfort
Cons: Lounge set up required
