Guests say
Guests consistently praised the spacious and modern rooms, as well as the cleanliness of the hotel. However, many expressed dissatisfaction with the service, citing unhelpful or absent staff and poor hospitality. Breakfast also received criticism for its extra cost, limited options, or lack of value. Overall, while the accommodations themselves are comfortable and well-kept, service and breakfast experience often fell short of expectations.
