Pros: We enjoyed staying at delightful Villa Mustafa very much for a second time with a clean and cosy room, a very friendly and supportive host. Every morning we enyoyed the wonderful breakfast in the nice garden amidst the Umbrian scenery. If we are in the area again we will come back, that´s for sure! Many, many thanks to Paola!
Cons: -
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The hostess is very warm and friendly. She went out of her way to drive us to town because it was dark. Her breakfast was fabulous. It has many varieties of homemade cakes and fresh herb omelet with farm eggs. She even did our room every day. The location is very good - close to Montefalco, Trevi, and Assisi - great historical towns.
Cons: N/A
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Every thing, Paula was very kind and gave us a lot of usefull information. The breakfast was more than you could expect, with local, mostly organic products or homemade. The cakes were some of the Best on our tour around in Umbria. Can highly recommend Villa Mustafa with Paula and her sweet two cats Milo and the old one.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: the owner Paula is welcoming and friendly, she booked us to a local restaurant The Alchimista in Montefalco and it was wonderful, set in the square of a walled medieval village in the heart of Umbria.
Cons: The bedding was old fashioned.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful bijoux B&B in a period house and beautifully situated ... very friendly and helpful lady of the house
Tenuta Colverano - Montefalco - Building
9,6 Excellent (88 reviews)
R1 304+

9,2 Excellent
Pros: Really nice property in very rural setting. Very comfortable room. Nice couple running the hotel, able to provide lots of information about the surroundings and activities. Very nice breakfast.
Cons: So say hotel is bit hard to find. It is if you don't do your homework. Please prepare before (google maps). The hotel is sign posted coming from Montefalco. Wifi in room can also be scetchy, but can also be because of rural setting.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Our hosts were such warm, hospitable people. After 8 days, we left feeling we had made lifelong friends. Olliver the cat was an instant 'hit', a most endearing little chap. Loved the mellow, tranquil mornings and the vistas to the distant mountains. And last but not least, the splendid breakfasts which we never could do justice to. Special mention--Luciano's scrambled eggs!!
Cons: Tomtom could not locate the address. Nearest point was Montefalco, the town. Fortunately I had previously created a paper sketch map from Google maps which got us there --after a rather confusing 10mins. Signage could be improved.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: We stayed here 6 days in September and we won’t forget the lovely friendly hospitality of Luciano and Anna. They did their utmost best to make it a wonderful stay for us. Every morning we received advice about places to visit and therefore we saw things which are less known for tourists from other countries. The breakfast they prepared each day was delicious and plentiful. Contrary to what we had read before, there was a good sized TV and the wifi worked well! The room was big enough. The house is in a beautiful quiet spot. We found it quite easily because we had looked it up before. The bit of unmade road at the end is short. Montefalco is a picturesque town with a nice atmosphere and several good restaurants.
Cons: We thought the mattress was a bit hard, but that was not a real problem for us.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Hosts very hospitable, friendly and provided information, maps, for things to see around the area and as far as Assisi. Delicious omelettes for breakfast as well as an array of food and fruit! Good central position, once you have found the place. Quiet and safe.
Cons: Our GPS did not have the position of the BnB. Called them and host came and met us in Montefalco and drove with us to the house. We found out that if we had gone further, there were signs to the property.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Lovely setting in an olive grove with excellent facilities. Warm, helpful hosts and a great breakfast with homemade jams.

Cons: Nothing much.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: The hotel and its garden are beautiful. A öot of attention is given to detail and everything is of top quality. The restaurant is also very nice.
Cons: The menue in the restaurant stays the same and could be a bit more interesting/innovative.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Elegant villa and grounds, terraces, garden, etc.. Big, beautiful room (they upgraded us unexpectedly from Superior double to Deluxe), decor very much like an old country estate. Spotless. Excellent breakfast buffet. Exceptionally attentive and pleasant staff and service.
Cons: A little farther from the town of Montefalco than we expectedly . Coming back to the villa from town after dark, on winding country roads, was a little stressful. In summer when it stays light longer, probably wouldn’t be a problem.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Well maintained hotel with dedicated staff.
Cons: Breakfast, pool, spacious rooms, easy access to and from.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Nice quiet hotel, with big room and a good size balcony with great views! Very clean hotel, nice garden and very friendly and professional stall.

Pros: Location and hosts
9,2 Excellent
Pros: I have been here before twice. That is a compliment, to return.
Cons: It has become very expensive!!! In comparison with 2 and 3 years ago, prices have gone up with more than 40%. It still is an agriturismo, not a luxury hotel, but the price for a room is comparable with that in a (luxury) hotel. I think that is a pity.

Pros: Friendly
7,9 Good
Pros: Location was excellent. Room was very clean and well taken care of, we even had to tell the girl that changing towels everyday is not necessary, we try to travel as ecologically as possible.
Cons: Breakfast was average or below. Would have appreciated more homemade stuff. Also, ingredients were served as a breakfast buffet and not very cold when we arrived for breakfast (room tempered butter, juice...). The terrace had no lightning (or at least we couldn't find it), so no use of the terrace when you came home after dinner.

Pros: The hosts were fantastic and showed us how to use the public transport, gave us maps of nearby towns, and offered us lifts if they were going to a point of interest. On a thursday they throw a brilliant party in the event hall in which alot of the town's members seem to frequent. Very quiet and helpful overall. The owners really helped us as we didn't expect to be visiting Rome or Perugia this visit, but we did that and more! Brilliant views, from room and a lovely balcony.
Cons: Bit cold water but not a problem in the heat. No other complaints about it.
