Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent central location, making it easy to walk to downtown attractions, restaurants, and the lake. Many found the staff friendly and helpful, and some enjoyed amenities like the rooftop bar and restaurant. However, several reviews noted that the hotel is outdated and in need of renovation, with cleanliness issues, maintenance problems, and poor value for the price. Room sizes and comfort varied, and some guests experienced issues with elevators and facilities. Overall, the location and service stood out as highlights, while the aging property and upkeep were common concerns.
