Pros (+) Everything, from the first minute very nice welcoming reception, good food and service in the restaurant and very comfortable bed to nice breakfast. It’s a fresh breath after our previous experience with Balladin.
Cons (-) The air vent in the room was still there after refurbishment and was open, letting in cold air. Why don’t you just block it?
