The man on reception the night we arrived and the Portuguese lady.
The hotel is so dark and dingy. There is no bar area but they do sell you wine by the bottle. We ordered a red and it was freezing like it came out of the freezer. The bath has a hand held shower in it which was luke warm at the best and the telephone in our room woke us up at 5 and 6am. When I spoke to the receptionist in the morning she was very rude.

Great location right next to the beautiful bridge and river, lively bars, restaurants and local student hangouts. Large room that was almost like an apartment. I personally appreciate the colors in the room like red and darker tones. I travel a lot and get tired of stark white rooms with IKEA decor and no personality. This was more like a place you could long-term stay. Parking was easy.
Breakfast was expensive so we opted to go across the street to a cheap bakery.
