The location is great as the hotel is right on the river, by Pont Neuf. I was also given a room (no. 35) overlooking the river which is perfect. The room is not big but comfortable enough for a couple of nights for the two of us.
Some of the staff (two of them only) were pretty helpful and welcoming, but the other two were definitely less so. We also ordered breakfast to the room both mornings and the first morning it arrived an hour late, and the second morning they forgot it entirely!

Great Boutique Hotel in the heart of Toulouse, situated next to the Pont Neuf. Our room was beautifully decorated, it had tea and coffee available, plus the most amazing view of the bridge. Just an 8 minutes walk to the main Square, easy access to the StCyprien district, and the restaurant's and nightlife of the Carmes quarter. We also felt it was great value for money.
