Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guest reviews highlight several recurring issues, notably poor cleanliness, with multiple mentions of dirty rooms, presence of insects, and unpleasant odors. Many guests found the rooms and bathrooms to be small and in poor condition, with broken fixtures and inadequate maintenance. Noise levels and lack of soundproofing were also common complaints. The breakfast was frequently described as disappointing and not worth the price. However, several guests appreciated the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, as well as the convenient location and value for money in some cases. Comfortable beds and clean linens were also noted positively in a few reviews, though these positives were often overshadowed by the negatives.AI-generated from customer reviews
