Outdoor pool area could have been cleaner. Our room had a smell of sewage, asked to change was told they would fix it, told us it was fixed and was due to the wind....( there was no wind) eventually insisted on changing rooms..... new room perfect. Gentlemen on reception was super efficient and kind, two ladies not so much, anytime we went to reception we felt we were an inconvenience to there day. Hotel is lovely, breakfast was fab and Barman super friendly and professional
