The location of the hotel was the best for the town centre and the beach. Plenty of free sunbeds around the pools and terraces.

Reception was severely undermanned. The queues were far too long and even the 'priority' check in took as long as the 'non priority' check in. One of the male receptionists was very unhelpful to our friends as they had forgotten to bring their passports. Even though they had plenty of other photo ID he made them feel very uncomfortable with his attitude. The car parking cost at 21€ per day is outrageous.

The property is modern, with beautiful aesthetics , great facilities and programs. The rooms are modern however, the room did not have kettle or tea bags or a good quality hair dryer. Which I believe is essential considering the price per rooms. The swimming pools, restaurants and grounds are amazing. Easy and simple access to the beach. I absolutely loved the property and grounds, just feel they should offer more ‘homely’ features in the rooms.

The hairdryer isn’t the best, there were no kettles in the rooms and no complimentary teas in the room.

Entertaing shows in the evening. Nice pool and close to beach.

The all inclusive was adequate at best.. Free water, coffee, juice and Champagne for breakfast.. At dinner you had to pay for water? That makes no sense.. Food selection was fair but in five nights, seldom were things hot, disappointing.

We stayed in the hotel for a week and it was our first holiday in 15 years without the kids. I got a great deal with booking.com and i was so glad i had booked it when i did. For us the hotel had everything we needed. It was spotlessly clean everywhere. We loved its location right beside the beach and although we did not use the pool much it was great loads of loungers and shaded areas for everyones use. I cannot comment on the restaurant though as we did not eat there at all. We like to try somewhere new every night but it looked good and always busy. The room was spotless and cleaned everyday fresh towels and anything you wanted. I really liked this hotel and would go back again next year (maybe with kids maybe not!!

The only bad thing i would have to say about this hotel was the lady behind the bar she was so rude. I only had one drink in there and we didn't go back. And i'd love for once to go away and sleep in a really comfortable bed. They are very hard but you do expect it out foreign. Having said that there was extra pillows which i was very glad of!

I liked the hotel. It has a very spacious restaurant and the buffet was alright. They also have an Italian corner built into the restaurant which incidentally I did not realize until I had finished my buffet meal. There were Italian dishes you could choose from. This section is adjacent to the main buffet.Pity we were not aware of it until we had finished our buffet dinner!!

I did not like that there was not any serrano ham or queso manchego (typical of 4 stars hotels on the Costa) and also no Paella on the buffet which we look forward to tasting whenever we go to Spain. Although the food was good , we have had more variety in other Spanish 4 star hotels.

Clean, nice food, would have liked an "All inclusive" option
