We had to leave because of the virus& we had not completed our stay. We hoped for a partial refund but were told no. Yet our friends were staying in Sol house beside us & they were given a refund on departure. The same virus different hotel? My daughter had a week more of her holiday also & so we are at a major loss due to our choice of hotel. Shame on the hotel

We were booked for b&b,but due to corona virus lock down we purchased bar meals and drinks,and on one occasion evening meal in the dining room.
The food quality was ok and definitely could have been warmer,and at breakfast the bacon was overcooked more often than not.

The hotel is such a nice place to stay,it’s in a great location next to the beach with nice views of the sea.It’s near everything you could want,restaurants,bars ,the marina and also shops. The place is so clean and well presented.It’s maintained brilliantly.The staff are really friendly and helpful and the hotel basically has a nice feel to it.Would recommend it to anyone.
To be honest there is nothing I didn’t like about the hotel and the rooms.

The staff and location are great. Return here time & time again and had two Christmas holiday here also.
I think they should have hand sanitizer as you enter the restaurant especially now with Coronavirus.
