Guests overwhelmingly praised the hotel's excellent location, with many noting its proximity to the harbour, restaurants, and local attractions. The service and hospitality from the staff, especially the host Lena, received high marks for friendliness and helpfulness. Breakfast was frequently described as excellent, with both variety and quality appreciated. Cleanliness throughout the hotel was consistently mentioned as a positive, and the parking arrangements, including free or convenient parking permits, were well received. Some guests noted minor issues with room facilities, bathroom layout, or accessibility due to stairs and hills, but these did not significantly detract from the overall positive experience.
