The breakfast "food" was a joke. Everything heavily sweetened. NO BREAD to even make toast. Margarine instead of butter....

Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location near the airport, with many appreciating the easy shuttle service and proximity to restaurants and public transport. The staff were frequently described as friendly, helpful, and accommodating, contributing to a positive experience. Cleanliness of the rooms and common areas was also highlighted as a strong point. However, several guests expressed disappointment with the breakfast, citing limited options and crowded spaces. Issues with paid parking and occasional noise from airplanes were also mentioned, but overall, guests found the hotel to be a comfortable and practical choice for airport stays.AI-generated from customer reviews

Pros (+) Clean and Convenient location
Cons (-) Staff did not smile, a little noisy
Pros (+) Location was good.
Cons (-) No plug ins for charging ports. Bathroom very old needs updating. Ceiling fan very noisy. Remote batteries did not work properly. Curtains stained and wouldn't close properly. Pillows very lumpy. No extra blankets. Heating unit very noisy. Soap/shampoo/conditioner very basic. For the price I shouldn't have expected more.
Pros (+) Honestly when people say everybody in Canada is super nice, they mean it. Staff was so nice but the hotel should upgrade a little if they wanna charge $189 per night
Cons (-) For the price I could’ve stayed somewhere that had a restaurant inside so I wouldn’t have to order Uber eats
Pros (+) Good price, reasonably clean
Cons (-) Facilities need an update
Pros (+) Nothing
Cons (-) Everything
Cons (-) The rooms seem to be old. The beds and pillows are too hard.
Pros (+) Close to airport with shuttle transportation.
Cons (-) The halls reeked of smoke. Very limited access to restaraunts or other needs.
Pros (+) The bed was huge for just one person. Free coffee all day. Very nice staff. Close to food and fun. Right next to the golf course.
Cons (-) Charging for parking was a little nickel and dime ish. Pool was at hotel next door as well as the ATM. For some reason in my single room the light switch for the bathroom was outside the bathroom which threw me off a lot during my stay.
