The room is small, but clean. Staff is helpful despite some language difficulties. They tried to help using the digital translator. Close to the Roppongi subway station so good access to all Tokyo areas once you figured how to buy the tickets.

Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's central location, making it convenient for sightseeing and access to public transportation. The staff received high marks for their friendliness, helpfulness, and professionalism. However, many guests found the rooms to be small compared to expectations, and several reviews expressed disappointment with the breakfast quality and variety. Cleanliness was generally appreciated, with rooms described as tidy and well-maintained. Overall, the hotel is valued for its service and location, but room size and breakfast could be improved.AI-generated from customer reviews
