The staff were so pleasant that at times I felt like it was home. They were always smiling,polite and informative. If there is a chance to visit Japan again. This will be my first choice. It was so close to everything eateries, shopping, bars and galleries. Great choice.
I have no complaints. I was very satisfied. Actually I was so satisfied that I bought them a box of sweets in response to their kindness. Never did that before and I'm experienced traveller!
