24hr Lawson convenience store right next door. Elevator is fast.
Room was dark and stuffy, not very comfortable, window opens to a wall.

The location was very convenient to Ueno train station, onsite laundry was handy. It was fairly quiet at night. Staff spoke reasonable english and were very friendly. Close to 7.11, lawsons was down stairs and few restaurants up the street.
The mattress was hard and uncomfortable, it was the only down side.

Always like the old style bathtub and the japanese tatami room. Manual controlled AC so that we can dry our clothes faster.
