We really loved the location in Ebisu, away from the busyness and the hotel has a direct underground entrance to the subway.
We asked for non smoking room, but we were put on a mixed smoking and non smoking floor. The concierge desk was not very helpful.
Vegetarian choices are not there
Great STaff, super friendly Nice Rooms with great view
I dont know why they keep you waiting at breakfast to get a table if there are plenty of tables.
Very clean & good service
Wifi way to slow for Tokyo luxury hotel in year 2016.....
Not my design style, over the top gaudy for me nee
