Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's central location near Shibuya's attractions and transport, making it convenient for sightseeing and shopping. The breakfast received high marks for variety and quality, and many guests appreciated the friendly and helpful staff. However, the rooms were frequently described as very small and compact, with some finding the bathrooms cramped as well. Cleanliness was generally acceptable but a few guests noted issues, especially in older or communal areas. Overall, the hotel is ideal for those prioritizing location and service over spaciousness.
