-Location. Airport bus and a supermarket across the road. A 7-11 literally downstairs. Just a few minutes walk to Senso Ji & the subway stations. - Room size. We chose the same room to stay for two years in a row. Big enough to open 3 big suitcases at the same time.
- would have been more convenient if they can upgrade their system & stick with just one swipe card for both the elevator & the room.
The room is clean and the facilities are in good condition.
Room is small which is the norm of tokyo hotel so it's acceptable. The staff do provide assistance when needed but can do better on their hospitality and customer service.
Comfortable and well-located in the beautiful district of Asakusa.
A bit cramped for two people with two suitcases.
Staff was very rude when we dropped our baggage a few days before our check in date. Super super rude, didn't even give us the baggage tag receipt. We are very dissapointed. Also the hotel didn't provide bottled water in the room. We have stayed at a cheaper hotel in Tokyo and they provide us water during our whole stay. Definitely won't be coming back to stay here or even in this Keihan chain
Staff are very friendly & very helpful. The location is great . The place provides everything I need which is excellent. The option of paying when you check in is good for my budget .
The room is tiny tiny I could not even lay my suitcase open on the floor . Apart from this , it’s all fine based on the location & value .
